How the exam results affect the certificate. Why is the OGE important and how does it affect the fate of the student? How the USE results are assessed

Reported by the Department of Education of the region

7 November 2016 12:14

Significant changes in the procedure for holding the exam in the current academic year will not happen. As in previous years, the compulsory subjects for passing the Unified State Exam are the Russian language and mathematics. Exams for others academic subjects- literature, physics, chemistry, biology, geography, history, social science, foreign languages(English, German, French and Spanish), computer science and information and communication technologies (ICT), - students take a voluntary basis of their choice.

Please note that the USE in mathematics is conducted at two levels:

    The Unified State Exam, the results of which are recognized as the results of the SIA by general educational organizations and professional educational organizations (the Unified State Exam in mathematics of the basic level);

Unified State Exam, the results of which are recognized as the results of the SIA by general educational organizations and professional educational organizations, as well as as results entrance examinations in mathematics for admission to study in educational programs higher education- Bachelor's programs and specialty programs in educational institutions of higher education (USE in mathematics of the profile level).

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the conditions of admission to professional educational organizations, universities in advance in order to determine required list exams for passing the exam. Application for passing the exam to be submitted until February 1, 2017. After February 1, the application for participation in the USE of students, graduates of previous years, persons studying in educational programs of secondary vocational education, as well as students receiving secondary general education in foreign educational organizations, is accepted by the decision of the SEC only if the applicant has valid reasons (illness or other circumstances confirmed by documents) no later than two weeks before the start of the exams.

The official website of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science has posted an updated draft schedule of the unified state exam (USE), state final exam (GVE) and the main state exam for 2017.

In accordance with the draft schedule, exams in 2017 will be held in three stages: early, main and additional.

Early stage of the exam in 2017 year will pass from March 14 to April 7. The main one - from May 29, 2017 to June 30. The Unified State Exam in Russian and Basic Mathematics can also be taken at additional period- from 4 to 15 September.

As in 2016, the schedule, along with the reserve dates for the USE, the GVE in individual academic subjects, provides an additional reserve day for examinations in all academic subjects.

It is necessary for those participants who, for any reason, were unable to participate in the exam on the main or reserve day, for example, due to the coincidence of two selected subjects on the same day or absence for a good reason.

The changes will affect only the structure of control measuring materials in biology, chemistry and physics. Pay attention to the use of (FIPI). The FIPI website has published projects of demos, specifications and codifiers of control measuring materials (CMM) of the 2017 unified state exam in all subjects. You can get acquainted with them in the Section of the Unified State Exam.

Biology

tasks with a choice of one answer are excluded from the examination work.

the number of tasks has been reduced from 40 to 28.

the duration of examination work has been increased from 180 to 210 minutes.

Part 1 includes new types of assignments that differ significantly by type training activities: filling in the missing elements of a diagram or table, finding the correctly indicated designations in a figure, analyzing and synthesizing information, including information presented in the form of graphs, diagrams and tables with statistical data.

Chemistry

The structure of the examination work has been optimized:

    tasks with a choice of one answer are excluded;

tasks are grouped into separate thematic blocks, each of which has tasks of both basic and increased difficulty levels.

the total number of tasks has been reduced from 40 (in 2016) to 34.

the maximum primary score for the performance of the work as a whole will be 60 points (instead of 64 points in 2016).

Physics

The structure of part 1 of the examination paper has been changed, part 2 is left unchanged.

Tasks with a choice of one correct answer were excluded from the examination work and tasks with a short answer were added.

Will the USE result in 2017 affect the assessment in the certificate?

The results of the exam affect the receipt of the certificate, but not the grades that are exhibited in the certificate. The positive results of the state (final) certification in the Russian language and mathematics (overcoming the minimum border) are the basis for issuing a certificate of secondary general education to the graduate.

If a graduate does not gain the required minimum number of points in one of the compulsory subjects, then it can be retaken on reserve days. If a graduate received unsatisfactory results in both the Russian language and mathematics, the certificate is not issued. Such a graduate receives a certificate. It is possible to retake exams and receive a certificate no earlier than September 1.

If a graduate does not gain the minimum required number of points to pass the USE in additional subjects, then retaking the USE is not allowed, and you can take the exam again only after a year.

Will it be necessary to take three compulsory subjects and will be introduced oral part In Russian?

Compulsory subjects for passing the exam in 2017 are only Russian and mathematics. It is not planned to introduce the oral part of the Russian language in the 11th grade this year. This November given form the exam will be approved at the federal level in the 9th grade, and if the approbation is successful, the oral part in the Russian language will appear from next year in the 11th grade.

What is VLOOKUP for eleventh graders?

All-Russian verification work Is a new quality assessment procedure general education... Their implementation is aimed at ensuring the unity of the educational space. Russian Federation, improving the all-Russian system for assessing the quality of education and supporting the introduction of the Federal State General Education Standard.

Questions and measuring materials for all-Russian test works are developed at the federal level, which corresponds to our modern state educational standard.

V last years we see that schoolchildren, having chosen the subjects in which they will take the USE, completely forget about other subjects and stop giving them any attention. We want the graduates of our country to have comprehensive knowledge in accordance with the accepted educational standard, therefore, the all-Russian test work will be held in general subjects that are not mandatory for passing the exam.

In 2017, VPRs are carried out in accordance with the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of August 30, 2016 No. 2322-05 "On approval of the schedules of activities aimed at researching the quality of education for 2016 - 2017".

In what subjects will the VLOOKUP be taken?

11th grade students will complete control tasks in five subjects that are not included in the list of compulsory subjects of the exam:

In what form will the all-Russian verification work take place?

All-Russian verification works are analogous to annual control works that were held earlier in schools. A feature of the All-Russian verification works is the unity of approaches to the preparation of options, the performance of the works themselves and their assessment, as well as the use of modern technologies, allowing to ensure the almost simultaneous performance of work by schoolchildren throughout the country.

Who will check the work?

All-Russian testing in the 11th grade will be carried out for the first time in the current academic year. Our region has experience in participating in the All-Russian verification work in 4 grades. Verification of works was carried out both at the regional level and at the federal level, depending on the decision of the subject on the form of their implementation. In any case, the work is carried out according to tasks developed at the federal level, and is checked by commissions according to uniform criteria. The results of the CDP can be used to formulate education development programs at the level of municipalities, regions and the country as a whole to improve the methodology of teaching subjects in specific schools, as well as for individual work with students to eliminate existing knowledge gaps.

The main wave of the Unified State Exam - 2018 has begun. The exam will be taken by 731 thousand people, including 645 thousand graduates from previous years. Who will be allowed to retake the exam? For what can they be kicked out of the exam? Is it possible to buy real tasks and answers online? Will they influence USE scores on the marks in the certificate? Head of Rosobrnadzor Sergei Kravtsov answered the hotline's questions.

My son will pass two level of the exam in mathematics (basic and profile). If he doesn't surrender profile level, and the basic will pass, then will he be able to retake the mathematics of the profile level? Is it possible to retake the exam to improve the scores received? What result will be valid in this case?

Sergey Kravtsov: If you did not score the required points on the compulsory USE, and this is basic mathematics and the Russian language, then you can retake the exam this year on a reserve day. If it didn't work out again, then in September.

Elective subjects can only be retaken the next year. And when submitting an application to a university, you can use any result that has not expired. You will probably choose the best one. If your son took the USE in mathematics at both levels at once and passed one of the exams, for example, the basic one, then it is possible to retake the profile mathematics in a year.

Will the points received for the USE in subjects affect the grade of the certificate?

Sergey Kravtsov: The results of the exam do not affect the mark in the certificate. But if you do not get the required minimum in compulsory subjects - Russian language and mathematics, you will not be able to get a certificate. But in the 9th grade, the results of the OGE affect the marks in the certificate.

If you did not score the required points on the compulsory USE, you can retake the exam this year.

Where and when will it be possible to find out the results of the 9th grade exam?

Sergey Kravtsov: At my school. Processing and checking examination papers takes no more than ten working days after the day of the exam.

For a cheat sheet, we will be kicked out of the exam and allowed to pass in a year. And in France - in five years. Photo: depositphotos

Now on the Internet there are offers to "buy" the Unified State Exam, supposedly there are ready-made answers to all test options. Is the leak of answers or the 2018 KIMs themselves real before the exam? How is this tracked?

Sergey Kravtsov: Information security measures at all stages of preparation and delivery of examination materials exclude the possibility of leaking assignments and correct answers. All supposedly options for tasks and correct answers that appear on the Internet turn out to be fakes. Therefore, all offers about the opportunity to buy options with the correct answers are nothing more than a banal fraud. New technology excludes the influence of the human factor. By the way, the problem of additional forms for exam participants is also eliminated, the time for checking the exam is reduced. Last year, for the first time, we checked all the works not in 14 days, but in 10 days.

Some universities require a USE certificate, where can I get it?

Sergey Kravtsov: Certificates have been canceled long ago. There are no paper certificates for the exam. Tell the Rosobrnadzor hotline which universities require a certificate. We'll figure it out.

Sergey Kravtsov: On appeal, points can be either added or decreased. Photo: Arkady Kolybalov / RG

If a 11th grade graduate disagrees with the points awarded, what should be done to revise the result?

Sergey Kravtsov: You can file an appeal against the points awarded within 2 working days from the date of the announcement of the results. The graduate submits an appeal to the school or to the conflict committee. The Conflict Commission either upholds the appeal or rejects it. But you need to understand that on the appeal, points can either be added or reduced.

I applied for the Unified State Exam, in which I indicated four subjects (profile mathematics, Russian, physics and computer science), but by mistake they added only three subjects to the database (all except computer science). What to do?

Sergey Kravtsov: The decision to supplement or change the selected subjects for the USE is taken by the state examination commission of the region. You should go there with a written statement. If it is confirmed that the operator made a mistake when entering the data, the commission will make a decision and add the desired item to the information system.

Will the USE participant be removed from the exam if a mobile phone is found at the end of the exam?

Sergey Kravtsov: It is prohibited to carry any means of communication at the exam site. In case of violation of this requirement, the person will be removed from the exam, and its results will be canceled. And it doesn't matter when the phone was found - at the end of the exam or at the beginning.

Will the child be allowed to take the exam if he is late for the exam or forgot his passport?

Sergey Kravtsov: If a person is late for the exam, he is allowed to take the Unified State Exam, but the time for the end of the exam is not extended and no one will conduct a second general instruction. A school graduate who, for some reason, came to the exam without a passport, is admitted to the examination center after the school attendant confirms his identity in writing. Graduates of previous years without a document are not allowed.

In what cases can they not be allowed to take the exam?

Sergey Kravtsov: The Unified State Exam will not be admitted if the graduate has not received a "credit" for the final essay. There is one more requirement: only those students who have fully completed the curriculum or individual curriculum and who have annual marks in all academic subjects for each year of study not lower than satisfactory are allowed to take the USE.

Is the school obliged to arrange for the delivery of GIA participants to the exam point if it is located several kilometers from the place of study?

Sergey Kravtsov: Delivery will be arranged if the school or municipality has the option.

How long are the USE results valid?

Sergey Kravtsov: The results are valid for five years - in the year of passing the exam and the next four years.

How to pass profile mathematics for 100 points

Ivan Yashchenko, Director of the Center for Pedagogical Excellence:

The demo contains the evaluation criteria. Pay attention to them. If the problem is not completely solved, transfer it to the final copy anyway, you can get points. Problem number 19 is not an Olympiad problem, but of increased complexity. Do not be afraid of such tasks, try to solve. The answer can be very short and pretty. The last assignments in the exam are for those who want to get more than 80 points and go to leading technical universities. Calculate your strength. It may be enough for an economist to reach the 17th problem and solve it. It has an economic theme - credit, optimization ... no special knowledge is needed, all you need to do is translate the problem into mathematical language. I would advise a future engineer to solve the 18th problem as well. In tasks where there are items: "find, calculate, determine ...", all items are assessed independently of each other, and you can get points for each. We do not ask you to indicate the names of the theorems and do not strive to do so, so as not to confuse something. And one more thing: if, for example, in the 15th task in the exam for Far East there were logarithms, this does not mean at all that in Voronezh or Perm there will also be logarithms in this task.

Graduates sometimes ask: "Why on the exam on profile mathematics is the compass forbidden? "The needle can damage the form, the machine may not" see "the pencil, so on the exam you only make a sketch. gold medal? The exam has no effect. But in Moscow, a gold medalist must score at least 220 points on three USEs. Is it possible to pass the profile Unified State Exam if you studied using a textbook that is not on the list now? There is nothing wrong. And you should not run to preparatory courses in universities in order to pass the specialized exam in mathematics. School course enough.

How the Unified State Exam can change in 10 years

The oral part will be not only on the exam in Russian and foreign languages, but also on other USEs.

You will be allowed to take the exam after you have completely completed the course, and you do not have to wait until you finish school.

Independent centers will appear in the regions where it will be possible to pass the Unified State Exam and undergo independent diagnostics during the year.

The Unified State Exam will assess not only knowledge of a specific subject, but also the ability to apply it.

In tasks, there may appear those where it is required to use Internet resources.

The week from 8 to 15 July is in reserve. Specialists of the regional Ministry of Education and the city department of education answered the "AiF" to the most common questions of graduates and their parents.

1. What to do if you get sick on the day of the exam?

You need to call the person who accompanies you and tell why you did not come, - says the head of the department of state final certification of the Ministry of Education and Science. Chelyabinsk region Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA. - In most cases, this person is classroom teacher... Call a doctor, he will give you a certificate and you will be given the right, due to a good reason for missing, to take the exam on another day, provided for by a single schedule. This will not affect the points in any way.

2. What if the Unified State Exam in general subjects is taken on the same day?

The choice of items is done before March 1, - answers Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA... - The schedule by this time is already known and that the exams are taken on the same day, we know in advance. The student is given the right to choose which exam he will pass on the main day, and which on the reserve one. If a student has chosen many subjects, he takes all the days of a single schedule, and an exam that was not included in the days presented can be taken in July.

3. If you get an “Fail” in the elective subject, will you be able to retake the exam this year?

Not a single “optional” subject can be retaken this year, only obligatory ones, - oh twitters Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA.- If the student has not scored the minimum score in Russian or mathematics, then one can retake one deuce once. If you received two "two" marks in one of the compulsory subjects, then you have the opportunity to retake only the next year.

Do school grades affect the certificate?

And the subjects "optional" do not affect the receipt of a certificate, only affect the possibility of admission to the university. And there, if you have a deuce, then you do not enter the chosen specialty.

4. What can be used during the exam?

The Federal Law prohibits the use of communication means and computers in the exam, - Larisa Manekina, deputy head of the Department of Education in Chelyabinsk, answers. -And in the order, which regulates the schedule, it is written for each item that can be carried. For example, on the exam in mathematics it is allowed to use a ruler, in physics - a ruler and a non-programmable calculator, in chemistry - only a non-programmable calculator, in geography - a ruler, a protractor and a non-programmable calculator. Concerning mobile phones, then they either stay at home, or, before the start of the exam, they are handed over centrally in a bag (usually in a file and sealed with tape). There was a situation when a child wrote an exam and his phone fell out of the classroom. As a result, the result is canceled.

5. How many times can you leave the classroom during the exam?

We do not limit children in this, situations are different. - the chief specialist of the department of state final certification of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk region Irina GAZHA answers. - How much the child needs, so much he comes out. Points are not deducted for this. The exit mark is still made, but once, despite their number. But leaving, each time the student puts the work on the organizer's table, and does not leave it on the desk.

6. How many days are examination papers checked?

Four days are given to process the results in the region and four days at the federal level. - answers Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA.- Therefore, mass exams: Russian, mathematics - it takes eight days.

7. Where and when to find out the results?

There is a schedule when the results will come after each exam, - answers Larisa Manekina... It is posted on the website of the Ministry of Education (the website of the Ministry of Education 74 - the tab "Activity" - "General Education" - GIA (state final attestation) - Grade 11 - Unified State Exam, there is information on specific subjects).

The fastest way to find out the exam results is on the Internet, and then at an educational institution. But by tradition, the results are recognized in educational institutions... Last year, Internet information was already connected to the site www.ipk74.ru - this is a regional resource. To see your results, you need to enter your passport data. This year, another site www.ege.edu.ru was connected - a common portal, where the result is recognized by the pass number (about 16 characters).

6. If the USE certificate is lost ...

You need to come to the place where you were given it, i.e. to school, and write an application, - Irina GAZHA answers... - The school applies to the district administration, and those - to the Ministry of Education. Ministry of Education and Science are calling federal center testing, order a duplicate of the certificate. The certificate is renewed within one to two weeks. In case of loss, there is no need to worry, you can order a duplicate and at the same time come to the university with the documents and tell about the results of the exam. The university still checks the results against a single electronic database and confirms them itself.

7. Do the USE results affect the grades in the certificate and the medal?

If the results for the main exams: "Russian" and "mathematics" are below the minimum score and retake did not save, then he will not be given a certificate, - he warns Irina GAZHA.- The number of points received on the exam is not translated into grades, and therefore does not affect the grades in the certificate. Only if it's not "deuces". If a student goes to the gold medal and scored only one point more than the minimum, the medal is still given to him.

8. How can an appeal be filed?

Within 2 days after receiving the result, you can file an appeal, - answers Veronika KOSTROMTSOVA... - You need to come to the school where you are studying, write a statement there in two copies: we give one to the school, the other we keep for ourselves. The appeal committee sets the date for consideration, prepares the work and informs when you can come for the result. A child can come alone, with a parent or legal representative (guardian). At the appeal committee, the child is given all the work, which is discussed with the experts, and a general decision is made. The conflict (attestation) commission of the region is the final instance.

You cannot enter a university without a high school graduation document. Do the grades in the certificate affect admission?

Only fives affect

Upon admission, the average USE score is taken into account, and not the marks in the certificate. It is another matter if the applicant received a medal "For special achievements in learning" (it is also called a gold medal).

The certificate with honors allows you to add several competitive points, the number of which is set independently by universities. For example, HSE is ready to add only 3 points to the winner of the gold medal.

By the way: the weekly "Argumenty i Fakty" reported back in the summer that the criteria for obtaining a gold medal could be changed. If this happens, the USE results will become even more significant, and the final grades will finally be depreciated.

What increases the chances of admission?

Achievements in university Olympiads are especially appreciated, since they prove the applicant's stable interest in a particular university. You should definitely participate, because you still have nothing to lose.

Details about the accrual of additional competitive points should be found on the official website and in admissions committee the university of your choice. To find such information on the site, you need to go to the section "Applicants" and study the subsection "Accounting for individual achievements".

During admissions campaign there is always excitement in universities

So you don't need a certificate?

Is a certificate important when entering a university? Almost not, if you do not qualify for the "gold". But even the medal "For Special Achievements in Learning" has little effect on the final result.

However, the certificate will play a decisive role if people with the same USE scores apply for the last place. Then the one with better grades will enter the university.

Conclusion: C-students should not worry about the certificate. Better to make every effort to prepare for the unified state exam.

How to prepare for university entrance?

If the admission certificate is not important, then what to do?

  • Participate in Olympiads... If you have the ability, you should try yourself in the Olympiads approved by the Ministry of Education and Science. The victory will give you the opportunity to get additional points and enter the university on preferential terms.
  • Prepare for the exam atcourses... The main emphasis should be placed on preparing for the exam. According to statistics, the passing score is increasing every year.
  • Follow the updates... Already now we need to start monitoring relevant information in the areas of minimum scores and the cost of education in universities.
In 2018, the final essay will be evaluated on a five-point scale or according to the current criteria?
The procedure and procedure for assessing the final essay (presentation) in the 2017/18 academic year will not change. The essay (presentation) will be evaluated according to two requirements (Volume and Independence) and according to 5 evaluation criteria, as in the last year. The result of the composition (presentation) is "pass" or "failure".

Is it true that the exam in English language will become mandatory for everyone this year?
Expansion of the list of compulsory subjects for passing the USE is planned by the time of the complete transition high school for the new federal state educational standards, which will happen by 2022. Thus, a foreign language will become mandatory for passing the exam, in addition to the Russian language and mathematics, in 2022.

I am from Crimea. I have two children. One is in ninth grade, the other in sixth. Are there any plans to make any changes to the examination procedure in the next 2-3 years?
For Crimea and Sevastopol from 2019, the Unified State Exam and the OGE will become mandatory. Now graduates can take the Unified State Exam and the OGE at will, or pass the final certification in the form of the GVE.

For all of Russia: Currently, approbation procedures are underway to introduce a final interview in the Russian language in the 9th grade. In this regard, a draft regulatory legal act is being prepared, which will introduce

from the next academic year in the 9th grade, a final interview in the Russian language as a condition for admission to the GIA-9. It is planned that the final interview will take place in three terms (by analogy with the final essay):
→ second Wednesday of February;
→ second working Wednesday in March;
→ the first working Monday in May.
Foreign language must be included in the number of compulsory subjects of the exam since 2022.

I am also from Crimea. If a graduate scored insufficient points on the Unified State Exam in an elective subject for admission to a university, can he pass this subject directly at the university?
In 2017 and 2018, a special procedure for admission to a university continues to operate for graduates from Crimea and Sevastopol. In the year of receiving the certificate, they have the right to enroll in undergraduate and specialist programs of their choice based on the results of the exam and (or) according to the results of entrance examinations conducted by the university both on the territory of Crimea and beyond. Applicants can take all entrance tests conducted by the university, or take one or more exams at the university, along with the use of the USE results as the results of other entrance tests.

Information appears on the Internet that ninth-graders will take 5 subjects in 2018 at the GIA. Is it so? Or do you mean an interview in the Russian language?
The number of subjects for passing the SIA is four (two compulsory subjects - Russian and mathematics, and two subjects of the graduate's choice). Starting from the 2018/19 academic year, 9th grade students to obtain admission to the GIA-9 will have to pass a final interview in the Russian language.

My child chose subjects for the USE, but it turns out that these exams are the same in the schedule. How to be? Will he be allowed to pass the exam ahead of schedule?
The schedule is designed in such a way as to exclude the conduct of exams in subjects of the same profile. In case of coincidence of the terms of the Unified State Exam in certain academic subjects, the participants of the Unified State Exam are allowed to take exams in reserve terms. Thus, there is no need to participate in the early period of the Unified State Exam when the timing of the examinations coincides.

I took the exam in 2011. Now I want to get a second higher education, in order to enter a university, I need to pass the exam again. This is rather difficult for those who have not been in school for a long time. Are there any plans to create any other conditions for admission for those who graduated from school long ago and receive a second and subsequent higher education.
To obtain a second higher education, you do not need to take the Unified State Exam. According to the Law on Education, admission to undergraduate and specialist programs of persons with higher education is carried out based on the results of entrance examinations, the form and list of which are determined by the university.

Will history be a compulsory subject on the exam? From what year will this happen?
Discussion of the issue of introducing history into the list of compulsory subjects for passing the State Academy of Arts is relevant. An increase in the number of compulsory academic subjects of the SIA is preceded by a wide professional and public discussion of this issue, as well as an analysis of the results of testing the technology of the exam. So far, the decision to include history in the number of compulsory USE subjects has not been made.

With the introduction of KIM printing technology in the audience, the problem of the lack of forms for the GIA participants is being solved. In this regard, will the deadlines for submitting applications for the USE be revised? And it so often happens that it is quite difficult for a graduate to decide on subjects before February 1.
No changes are planned to the GIA-11 Procedure in the 2017/18 academic year. An application indicating the choice of subjects for which it is planned to take the Unified State Exam must be submitted strictly before February 1 (inclusive). If the applicant has valid reasons (illness or other circumstances confirmed by documents) after February 1, it is possible to change (supplement) the choice of a subject (list of subjects) only by decision of the State Electoral Commission.

Question about the oral exam in the Russian language. I would like to know the details about the OGE in grade 9. What are the guys waiting for? What are the features of this exam? What will be assessed? Will it be taken into account that this language is not native to everyone? And further. Probably in the near future there will be an oral exam in the Russian language in the 11th grade? What can we expect?
The final interview in the Russian language is considered as a condition for admission to the GIA in grade 9. Organizational principles of the final interview in the Russian language: → conduct in your school;
→ a unified structure of tasks with uniform requirements for their implementation;
→ software and hardware (use of hardware and software, sound reproducing and recording equipment, software;
→ providing assignments from the federal level on the day of the final interview;
→ a unified assessment system by an expert, according to the "pass" / "fail" system;
→ a single schedule.

Final interview tasks in Russian
→ Read text aloud
→ Retelling of the text with a statement on the problem of the text
→ Monologue statement on one of the selected topics
→ Dialogue with the interlocutor examiner

In 2016, we conducted research in Chechnya. Tatarstan and the Moscow region, a week ago, the second approbation was completed in 21 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including Chechen Republic... There were no problems. We do not ask anything supernatural. Reading a text of 160-170 words, describing a photo or speaking on a proposed topic, entering into a dialogue with a teacher is not so difficult. These are the basic skills that every person who graduates from basic school should master. There are no special "indulgences" for pupils for whom Russian is not their native language. First, the Russian language is the state language of our country and at least the minimum level of proficiency established by the requirements of the educational standard must be shown by all citizens. Secondly, education in the senior grades of schools, lyceums and colleges, as well as universities of the Russian Federation is conducted in Russian. Poor command of the Russian language will not allow the child to continue their studies along the chosen educational trajectory. In the 11th grade, the introduction of an oral examination in the Russian language is currently not planned.

We heard that in 2019 there will be an independent study of the quality of education in physical culture... Very interesting in what form. The guys will show their physical data or is it knowledge? In general, what will NIKO in physical education be like?
In the framework of the NIKO for Physical Education, all aspects will be investigated educational process in physical education - conditions, traditions, specifics, spectrum different forms classes, visiting sports sections, the practice of physical education in everyday life, etc. A sample study of the level of fitness in physical education will also be carried out in strict accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard. The form of the research: questioning and observation of the implementation of simple exercises in the framework of physical education lessons.

Now there are a lot of manuals for preparing for the exam on sale, courses, tutors are advertised. Can you recommend any tutorials? How, in your opinion, is the best way to prepare for the Unified State Exam? There is educational materials which you personally can approve?
The school textbook is the main teaching aid in preparation for the exam. In addition, with the aim successful preparation students for passing the Unified State Exam, forming an idea about the structure of future KIM, the number of tasks, their form and level of complexity on the official website of the FIPI there are demonstration versions of the KIM Unified State Exam, as well as the Open Bank of Unified State Exam tasks, which can be used in the preparation process and individual tasks of which are used in the formation options for the KIM USE in all academic subjects. Training resources and tutorials by other authors do not guarantee that they will contain tasks similar to those encountered on the exam. However, using only textbooks, teaching aids and information resources does not guarantee that students will receive the maximum score on the exam. Successful passing of exams is preceded by systematic work on the study of the material school curriculum throughout the entire course of study at the levels of primary general, basic general and secondary general education.

In recent years, new assessment procedures have been added: VPR, NIKO to the already traditional OGE and USE. Has an all-Russian system for assessing the quality of education been developed in Russia today, and if so, where can one get acquainted with it?

In what subjects will the All-Russian test work be carried out in the 11th grade?
VLOOKUP in grade 11 will be conducted in the same subjects as last year (history, biology, chemistry, physics, geography), and a foreign language will also be added to them.

My child is in 5th grade. This year he has compulsory VLOOKUP in several subjects. This is a relatively new procedure for assessing the quality of education for us. The school says its results will be taken into account in the final grades. We are very worried whether the results of the VLOOKUP will really affect the child's grades? What is the purpose of conducting VLOOKUP at all? How is the procedure different from the final exams?
In the spring of 2018, VPR among students of 5th grade will be conducted in the academic subjects "Russian language" "mathematics", "history", "biology". The decision to use VLOOKUP results is made at the school level.

In 2018, during the USE, it is planned to switch to the technology of printing a full set of examination materials in classrooms. Please tell me why this measure is being introduced? How will it affect the exam itself, how will it affect the results?
The main task of the transition to the technology of printing a complete set of examination materials (hereinafter - EM) in the PPE is to reduce significant annual transport costs and the cost of manufacturing EM when using paper media for CMM or answer forms. These are additional measures to ensure the objectivity of the examination and speed up organizational procedures. When using the printing technology, EMs enter the PES on an electronic carrier in an encrypted form. Decryption and printing takes place directly in the PPE using electronic encryption keys. Members of the GEC receive the key to access the CMM 30 minutes before the start of the exam. EMs are printed in the presence of the USE participants, completed in the classroom with individual sets and given out to the participants.

Can my son pass the exam if he will serve in the army during the exams?

Before passing the exam, each examiner must pass a screening. Is it true that in 2018, in addition to the metal detector and the presence of police officers, a search will also be added. How legitimate is this?
Search and screening of USE participants during the exam are not provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The organizers, together with law enforcement officers and employees of the internal affairs bodies, check the identity documents of the USE participants and their presence in the distribution lists in this PPE. With the help of stationary and (or) portable metal detectors, the USE participants are checked for the presence of prohibited means. When a metal detector signal appears, the USE participant is offered to show the object that causes the signal. If this item is a prohibited means, including a means of communication, the USE participant is offered to hand over this item to the place of storage of personal belongings of USE participants or to an accompanying person. The persons carrying out the check do not touch the exam participants and their belongings, but ask them to voluntarily show the object that triggers the metal detector signal.

This information system will allow integrating data on various assessment procedures, contextual data on educational institutions, and generate statistical reports for analyzing various aspects and characteristics of education quality.

I am very worried about the oral part of the exam in a foreign language (section "Speaking"). As I understand it, the experts are evaluating the recording. And if it has a bad quality? We, parents, do not know what equipment is used, how accurately it transmits speech. Will my child suffer through someone else's fault?
After completing the oral examination, the participant is given the right to listen to a recording of his answer to each CMM task to ensure that it has been reproduced without technical glitches. If there is a defect in the entry in the EGE, a member of the SEC draws up an act on the early completion of the exam for valid reasons, the USE participant is given the right to re-take oral exam on foreign languages in reserve.

The daughter chose the exam for passing the exam, but at the last moment she changed her mind and did not go to take it. She's not in danger? After all, they will probably give a two, and it will be published somewhere. And how will this affect the certificate?
V Information Systems the results of the exam are entered. The absence of a participant in the exam means no result. In accordance with the Procedure for filling out, recording and issuing certificates of basic general and secondary general education and their duplicates, the results of the exam do not affect the mark in the certificate of secondary general education. However, we remind you that the successful completion of the SIA in mathematics and the Russian language is the basis for obtaining a certificate. Your daughter may not show up for elective exams, but you must show up for the compulsory exams, since in case of no show, re-participation in exams this year is only possible if you provide documents confirming the validity of the reason for not showing up for the exam.

My child goes to school, which is a pilot site for maintaining the federal state educational standard for secondary general education. In our class, instead of the usual subjects of physics, chemistry, biology, one subject "Natural Science" is indicated in the schedule. The school plans to take part in the All-Russian verification works. We do not need the USE in physics, chemistry, biology for admission. Does my child need to write VLOOKUP in these subjects?
The decision to participate in the VPR in grade 11 is made by the educational organization, taking into account the content of educational programs.

What if the timing of the All-Russian testing for grades 4-5 coincides with the school holidays?

My daughter will graduate from 11th grade in next year... Have you heard that graduates will be banned from registering immediately for the profile and basic exam in mathematics? Is it so? She wants to try to pass profile exam but not sure about my preparation.
No changes were made to the procedure for choosing academic subjects for the Unified State Exam-2018, you can sign up for both levels. Will there be changes in the control measuring materials of the All-Russian test works for 5th grades, taking into account the content of the materials of the textbooks? For example, according to V.G. Dorofeeva decimals are studied in grade 6, however, an assignment on this topic was included in the work for grade 5. This did not allow the children to complete this task correctly, and it took a lot of time to complete it.
One of the important goals of the CDP is to promote the formation of a single educational space in the Russian Federation, the creation of equal conditions for learning and mastering the educational program for all students, including during their transition from school to school. Therefore, the content of VLOOKUP for each subject and class will remain the same for all. On the other hand, when assessing the results of CDF within the school, the nuances of passing the material can be taken into account. Finally, it should be noted that at the moment there is a discussion of the content of federal state educational standards, including the inclusion in the text of the Federal State Educational Standard of a description of specific content by years of study. If such additions to the Federal State Educational Standard are adopted, then the CDF in 2018 will certainly correspond to them.

Participants of the Unified State Exam are obliged to hand over the phones, as well as other personal belongings, to the places for storing personal belongings, which are organized before entering the PPE, or give them to the accompanying persons. This violation is the basis for the removal of the given exam participant from the PES. These requirements are the same for all exam participants. The student and his parents (legal representatives) get acquainted with these requirements of the Procedure in advance under the signature.

As part of an independent assessment of the quality of education of students, various studies are carried out: National Studies of the Quality of Education, All-Russian Testing Works. In this regard, we would like to know by what principle educational organizations are selected to conduct National Studies of the Quality of Education?

On average, about 15 schools are selected for NIKO from each subject of the Russian Federation participating in the research. The sample is compiled by federal coordinators and takes into account the peculiarities of the region's education system (the ratio of the shares of students from urban and rural schools; general education schools and schools of "advanced level" - gymnasiums, lyceums, schools with in-depth study of subjects).
