On average, I spend on such a task for 10 minutes. At the end of the month, I open the completed tasks in the "Self-Development" folder and consider how much of them, refreshing in the memory all that it turned out to be useful for me for this month.

Folder "Skills"

I am a list of skills, which by the end of the year I want to possess, and distributed them by months. To secure old skills, they have a cyclical task with repeating once a month.

I spend at least 120 hours on business development. At the end of the month I analyze what the largest ROI gives. Also, I also consider what ideas introduced, what the result from them, which can be removed from the teaching and what training is most effectively.

For each day I write in such a format report:

There are three tasks format:

Diaries write for awareness and tracking how I change over the years, to preserve the moments of my life, for the practice of formulating thoughts in writing, which, in my opinion, is useful for many reasons.

I am writing every day, but in different diaries in different ways. Now I have about 9 diaries for certain purposes:
