For three years in kindergarten Antoshka is being introduced innovative program for the cognitive development of preschoolers.

Children have a variety of educational needs. Our teachers are aimed at helping pupils identify their needs and further develop them.

Innovation becomes vital necessity when the mechanisms for satisfying these needs are activated and there are specialists who are capable of technologically realizing their satisfaction.

Using active methods when work on projects of innovative events helps to keep the interest of all project participants throughout the period from development before the implementation of the plan.

As a result work of an innovative municipal site over 3 years in the preschool educational institution, the participation of teachers in methodological and professional events at various levels has increased.

Continuous participation in these activities has maintained the research interest of educators. 95% of them summarized their experience work... In order to exchange experience, 45 teachers from the district visited our preschool institution. The level of education and professional competence has significantly increased educators: teachers with higher education increased by 2%, and the number of teachers with the highest qualification category increased by 3%. Educators replenished and updated the developing environment in groups, developed methodological and didactic support for projects, diagnostic techniques, long-term plans, notes cognitive activities, didactic games and visual aids, children's literature card indexes, interactive games.

The listed successes are the results of the activities of all kindergarten teachers. Innovative activity aimed at teaching teachers modern approaches to educational activities, contributed to improving the quality of education, the choice of promising forms and content work with children, but most importantly, it actualized their need for professional growth and self-development.

I would like to say that participation in innovative work gives pupils much more than awards, certificates and diplomas. Children develop their Creative skills, learn to accept independent decisions and be responsible for them, achieve success and, as a result, self-confidence, their strengths and abilities.

Today we can state an indisputable fact that without a built system of social partnership it is impossible to ensure the functioning and development of preschool at the level of modern requirements.

All our work led to that parents have become our true partners, and this allowed us to achieve the following results: (slide).

Of course, we have many problems and questions, but today we can say with confidence that this state of relationship between teachers and parents can be described in two words - "We are together".

Innovative kindergarten activities do not stop work, but expands the scope of its activities:

We cannot but boast of replenishing the educational and material base of our organization and equipping the spatial subject-developing environment with models of streets, roads, board-printed games, attributes for role-playing games, didactic aids. Our pride is the new "Avtogorodok", located on the territory of the preschool educational institution, where children will be happy to learn the basics of traffic rules, either as a pedestrian or a driver, or in the image of the State Traffic Inspector. New traffic lights, signs, cars, uniforms delight kids and a desire to learn as much interesting and useful information as possible.

The appearance of the AutoCity will make the classes even more effective and visual - now the pupils will study the Rules of the Road not only in theory, but also in practice. Children will feel like adult motorists and will see how difficult it is to be a driver of a vehicle when other road users do not comply with traffic rules, because here they are allowed to move not only as pedestrians, but also to drive bicycles and scooters. The children had a good opportunity to learn the rules of behavior on the streets and roads of the city in a playful way, without risking their lives.

Excellent knowledge and implementation of the Traffic Rules is the guarantee of the safety of the young conqueror of the roads of life. Together we will teach the child to live safely in this world.
