In 2016, Moscow hosted Grand opening specialized polygon of distribution networks on the basis of the College modern technologies named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.F. Panov. A year earlier, within the framework of a cooperation agreement, a college enrollment took place. target group students in the specialty of secondary vocational education"Power stations, networks and systems". Training program on it suggests how theoretical training and practical exercises using special equipment for electrical networks. It is for practical training in 2016 the company created new landfill, equipped specialized classrooms - distribution networks, relay protection and automation. Thus, in addition to theoretical knowledge students practice their practical skills on real equipment that is used in the technological processes of MOESK. Students can consolidate the acquired skills in conditions as close as possible to real ones. The creation of a training ground is the first step towards the introduction of new practice-oriented learning technologies.

For high school students who have decided on a profession, the training center holds the Day open doors PJSC "MOESK" in the NRU "Moscow Power Engineering Institute". Such events are aimed at practice-oriented training of personnel for the power grid complex and have great importance in work with youth.

The main activities of the training center MOESK:

development and implementation of joint training programs for specialists, taking into account the specifics of the power grid complex;

Targeted training of specialists for the needs of PJSC "MOESK";

Organization of practice for students and internships for teachers of universities and colleges in PJSC "MOESK";

Attracting employees of PJSC "MOESK" to participate in educational process;

Professional training, retraining and advanced training of employees of PJSC "MOESK", including on the basis of the training center of PJSC "MOESK";

Implementation of R&D on topics relevant to the companies of the electric grid complex;

Carrying out vocational guidance work;

Organization of the work of student construction teams.

After the summer break, the training of foremen and manufacturers of work on the maintenance of overhead lines and transformer substations up to 10 kV was resumed. For the first time, specialists from the newly created emergency and recovery service for distribution networks of MOESK also attended the courses. The classes were organized by the Departments for Personnel Development and Distribution Grids in the Moscow Region on the basis of the Eastern Electric Grids in Kolomna. The students include the staff of the Western, Northern and Eastern Electric Grids.

It should be noted that the experience of the past three years has convincingly proved the need for this form of personnel training: it is in demand, brings results, has prospects for development and improvement.

The subject of the course includes issues that power engineers face in the course of their daily work, and on which, ultimately, the reliability of the distribution networks depends. So, the main attention was paid to the specifics of the installation of bare wires, the frequency of their inspections and repairs. The listeners also met modern trends in relay protection and automation, added knowledge about the structure and principles of operation of power transformers, oil switches and drives to them. A considerable part of the course was devoted to working with technical documentation, dress-permit system, modern devices and methods of diagnostics of electrical equipment. Theoretical knowledge was reinforced by practical exercises at the Kolomenskoye RES and the open range of Ramenskoye RES.

Among the teachers are experienced workers of the Eastern Electric Networks with extensive teaching experience: Sergey Vedmedenko, Igor Sharyshov, Vladimir Parkhomenko.

According to the regulations, the two-week course of study ends with exams and obtaining certificates of completion of the course. According to the established tradition, the certificates were handed over by the head of the personnel development department of JSC “MOESK” Sergey Novikov, who together with the leading expert Alexey Pakhar after the official part held a meeting at the “round table”. This form of dialogue, according to Sergei Georgievich, makes it possible to identify the problems of training and education of personnel, to determine the ways and methods of improving the program. And according to the unanimous opinion of the audience, “ round table»Helps the meeting participants not only to voice interesting and painful questions, but also to get competent answers to them.

During the meeting, the students of the courses discussed the problems of clearing glades, raised questions of introducing new system remuneration, mentoring. They were interested in the power engineers and the specifics of the work of teams in the emergency recovery service, and the problems of working with contractors were not ignored. Possibilities of creating special courses for operational personnel and a "school of young craftsmen" were considered as a prospect.

Training issues are one of the main directions of the Society's activities, - Sergey Novikov noted at the end of the meeting. - Therefore, the questions raised during the meeting will be carefully studied and analyzed. The program is a living organism that is sensitive to the requirements of the time, therefore, if necessary, it can be adjusted. For the main goal of the entire personnel training system in the Company is to achieve a high professional level of personnel as a guarantee of a reliable, uninterrupted and high-quality supply of electricity to consumers.

In Moscow, the grand opening of a specialized testing area for distribution networks took place on the basis of the College of Modern Technologies named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.F. Panova. The landfill was created by PJSC "MOESK" (part of the State Corporation "Rosseti").

The opening of the test site was attended by Ivan Novitsky, Deputy Head of the Moscow Fuel and Energy Department, representatives of the administration of the North-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Oleg Trofimov, Director of the Training Center of PJSC “MOESK”, Deputy Director for Human Resources of the Moscow United Electric Grid Company - Western Electric Networks, Nina Turpetkina and other officials.

In 2015, within the framework of the Cooperation Agreement, PJSC “MOESK” initiated the recruitment of a target group of students to the college in the specialty of secondary vocational education “Power Plants, Networks and Systems”. In 2016, based on the results of training for the first half of the year, four target apprenticeships were concluded with the students of the group.

The curriculum for the specialty "Power Plants, Networks and Systems" involves both theoretical training in college classrooms and practical training using special equipment for electrical networks. It is for practical training that PJSC "MOESK" has created a new training ground, equips specialized classes - distribution networks, relay protection and automation (RPA).

In his speech at the opening of the training ground, Oleg Trofimov, director of the training center of PJSC MOESK, noted: “Employees of our company's branches - Western Electric Networks and Moscow High-Voltage Networks have invested a lot of effort and energy to create this wonderful training ground. And now, in addition to theoretical knowledge, students will be able to practice practical skills and abilities on real equipment that is used in the technological processes of MOESK ”.

“Such a project is the key to the success of companies that have correctly understood current trends and are properly preparing personnel for themselves. We in the Department of Fuel and Energy Economy will continue to continue such cooperation, and I think that this experience will be disseminated among other colleges and other large enterprises of the capital, "said Ivan Novitsky, Deputy Head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Economy of the city of Moscow. ...

The polygon is located on the territory of the college. It is planned that future power engineers on 0.4-10 kV overhead lines will not only be able to visually familiarize themselves with the operation of power grid equipment, but will also gain practical skills in its operation and repair. Students will be able to consolidate the acquired skills, being in conditions as close as possible to real ones.

The creation of a training ground is the first step towards the introduction of new technologies for practice-oriented learning. A specialized training ground is a tool that must be skillfully used in the educational process. Therefore, the teaching staff of the college is faced with the important task of developing a methodology for using the landfill when conducting practical training, which will allow you to use it most effectively. For its part, the training center MOESK is ready to organize an internship for teachers, masters of the college on similar equipment.

Interaction of PJSC "MOESK" with secondary and higher educational institutions is of a planned nature, aimed at forming a system continuing education in PJSC "MOESK", high-quality training of qualified personnel for the company.

Director of the College of Modern Technologies named after Hero of the Soviet Union M.F. Panov Alexander Lunkin presented Thanksgiving letters to the Director of the MOESK branch - Western Electric Networks (ZES) Viktor Ivanov, Deputy Director of ZES for Human Resources Nina Turpetkina and other employees of PJSC “MOESK”, sincerely thanking the company for their help.
