1.1. These rules for admission to training in educational programs of higher education - programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (hereinafter - the Rules) determine the procedure for admitting citizens Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter referred to as applicants) to the federal state autonomous educational institution of higher education "Kazan (Volga region) federal university"(Hereinafter referred to as KFU, university) for training in educational programs of higher education - programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (hereinafter postgraduate programs), including the specifics of conducting entrance examinations for disabled people.

1.2. These Admission Rules are developed on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of education, including:

Federal law dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation";

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation dated January 12, 2017 No. 13 "On approval of the Procedure for admission to training in educational programs of higher education - programs for the preparation of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school";

Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of November 19, 2013 No. 1259 (as revised on April 5, 2016 No. 373) "On approval of the Procedure for organizing and carrying out educational activities in educational programs of higher education - programs for training scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies (adjunct)" ;

KFU Charter, other local regulations of KFU;

Other regulatory legal acts of the authorized federal executive bodies in the field of education.

1.3. KFU announces admission to postgraduate study programs (hereinafter referred to as admission to training) in accordance with the license to implement educational activities in the relevant areas of higher education preparation - programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school (hereinafter referred to as training directions) in full-time and part-time forms of education.

1.4. For admission to postgraduate programs, the Postgraduate Admissions Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Admissions Committee) is organized. The composition, powers and procedure for the activities of the Admissions Committee are determined by the regulations on it. The chairman of the KFU selection committee is the KFU rector. The chairman of the selection committee appoints the executive secretary of the selection committee, who organizes the work of the selection committee, as well as the personal reception of applicants, their legal representatives, proxies.

1.5. Persons with at least higher education (specialty or master's degree) are allowed to master the postgraduate programs of KFU.

The applicant submits a document on education and qualifications, certifying the education of the corresponding level (hereinafter - the document of the established form):

A document on education and qualifications established by the federal executive body in charge of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education, or by the federal executive body in charge of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of health care, or the federal the executive authority responsible for the development of state policy and legal regulation in the field of culture, sample;

State-recognized document on the level of education and qualifications received before January 1, 2014;

Certificate of education and qualifications of the sample established by the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher vocational education"Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov "(hereinafter - Lomonosov Moscow State University) and the federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education" St. Petersburg State University "(hereinafter - St. Petersburg State University), or a document on education and qualifications of the sample, established by the decision of the collegial management body educational organization if the specified document was issued to a person who successfully passed the state final attestation;

Educational and qualification document issued by a private organization carrying out educational activities in the territory innovation center Skolkovo, or provided for in part 3 of article 21 of the Federal Law of July 29, 2017 No. 216-FZ "On innovative scientific and technological centers and on amendments to certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation" by organizations carrying out educational activities in the territory of innovative scientific and technology center;

A document (documents) of a foreign state on education and qualifications, if the education indicated in it is recognized in the Russian Federation at the level of the corresponding higher education (not lower than a specialist or master's degree) (hereinafter - the document of a foreign state on education).

1.6. Admission to training is carried out for the first year. Education in postgraduate programs at KFU is carried out in full-time and part-time forms of study.

1.7. Admission to postgraduate study programs is carried out to places within the framework of the target figures for the admission of citizens to training at the expense of budgetary allocations of the federal budget established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as target figures, budgetary appropriations) and to places under education contracts concluded with admission to training at the expense of individuals and (or) legal entities (hereinafter - contracts for the provision of paid educational services). Within the framework of check digits admission, an admission quota is allocated for targeted training (hereinafter referred to as the target quota).

1.8. Admission to training is carried out according to the following conditions for admission to training (hereinafter referred to as the conditions of admission) with a separate competition for each set of these conditions:

Separately for the parent organization, and in its branches;

Separately for full-time and part-time forms of study;

Separately for postgraduate programs, depending on their focus (profile): for each direction of training or for each postgraduate program (a set of postgraduate programs) within the direction of training (for various postgraduate programs, admission to training can be carried out in different ways);

Separately within the target figures and under contracts for the provision of paid educational services;

Separately for places within the target quota and for places within the target quota minus the target quota (hereinafter referred to as the main places within the target quota).

1.9. Admission to postgraduate study programs is carried out based on the results of the KFU entrance examinations.

1.10. To consider as invalid the Rules for admission to training in educational programs of higher education - programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school of the federal state autonomous educational institution higher education "Kazan (Volga region) Federal University" dated 03.14.2018, No. 0.1.1.67-08 / 77.

2.1. When admitting for postgraduate study programs in full-time and part-time forms of study at places within the framework of the target figures, in full-time study for training under contracts for the provision of paid educational services, the following terms are established:

2.3. Admission to training is carried out on the basis of an application for admission, which is submitted by the applicant with the attachment of the necessary documents (hereinafter, respectively - the documents required for admission).

2.4. The applicant can grant the authorized person the authority to carry out actions in respect of which these Rules establish that they are performed by the applicant, and which do not require the applicant's personal presence (including submitting the documents necessary for admission to the KFU, revoking these documents). The trustee carries out these actions upon presentation of a power of attorney issued by the applicant and executed in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the relevant actions.

2.5. When visiting KFU and in-person interaction with KFU officials, the applicant (proxy) presents the original identity document.

2.6. Acceptance of documents required for admission is carried out in the buildings of the KFU, as well as in the buildings in which the branches are located.

2.7. The documents required for admission are submitted (sent) to the university in one of the following ways:

Presented by an applicant or a proxy at the university;

They are sent to the university through public postal operators. Documents are sent by letter to the address: Russia, 420008, Kazan, st. Kremlevskaya, 18, Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University"

They are sent in electronic form, signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature, to the address: [email protected].

2.8. If the documents required for admission are submitted to the university by the applicant or a proxy, the applicant or proxy is issued a receipt for admission of documents.

2.9. In the case of sending the documents required for admission through public postal operators or in electronic form, these documents are accepted if they are received at the university no later than the deadline for the deadline for admission of documents established by these Admission Rules.

2.10. The University publishes on the official website a list of persons who have submitted documents required for admission, indicating information about admission or refusal to accept documents (in case of refusal, indicating the reasons for refusal).

2.11. In the application for admission to training, the applicant indicates the following information:

Surname, name, patronymic (if any);

Date of birth;

Information about citizenship (lack of citizenship);

Details of the identity document (including an indication of when and by whom the document was issued);

Information about the document of the established form, which is submitted by the applicant in accordance with paragraph 1.5 of these Rules;

The admission conditions specified in clause 1.8 of these Rules, according to which the applicant intends to enroll, indicating the priority of admission under various conditions of admission;

Information about the need to create special conditions for an applicant when conducting entrance examinations in connection with his disability (indicating the list of entrance examinations and special conditions);

Information about the intention to take the entrance examinations remotely (indicating the list of entrance examinations and the place of their delivery);

Information about the presence or absence of an applicant of individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when admitting to training in accordance with these Rules (if there are individual achievements, indicating information about them);

Information about the presence or absence of the applicant's need to provide a place to stay in a hostel during the period of study;

Postal address and (or) email address (at the request of the applicant);

The method of returning the documents submitted by applicants for admission to training (in case of non-admission to training and in other cases established by these Rules).

2.12. In the application for admission, the following facts are recorded with the certification of the applicant's personal signature:

1) familiarization of the applicant (including through Information Systems general use):

With a copy of the license to carry out educational activities (with an attachment);

With a copy of the certificate of state accreditation (with an attachment) or with information about the absence of this certificate;

With the date (s) of completion of the acceptance of a document of the established form;

With the admission rules approved by the university, including the rules for filing an appeal based on the results of entrance examinations;

2) the consent of the applicant to the processing of his personal data;

3) familiarization of the applicant with information about the need to indicate in the application for acceptance of reliable information and the submission of genuine documents;

4) the applicant does not have a postgraduate (postgraduate) degree (postgraduate) diploma or a Ph.D.

5) the obligation to submit a document of the established form no later than the day of completion of the acceptance of the document of the established form (if the applicant has not submitted the specified document when submitting the application for admission).

2.13. When applying for admission, the applicant submits:

Identity document (documents), citizenship;

A document of the established form (the applicant may, when submitting an application for admission, not submit a document of the established form; at the same time, the applicant indicates in the application for admission the obligation to submit the specified document no later than the day of completion of the acceptance of the document of the established form);

If it is necessary to create special conditions for the entrance examinations - a document confirming disability (the specified document is accepted if its validity period does not expire earlier than the day of submission of the application for admission; if the document does not indicate its validity period, then the document is valid for a year, starting from date of issue);

Documents confirming the individual achievements of the applicant, the results of which are taken into account when admitting to study in accordance with these Rules (submitted at the discretion of the applicant);

Other documents (submitted at the discretion of the applicant);

4 photographs (3x4) of the applicant.

2.14. A document of a foreign state on education is submitted with a certificate of recognition foreign education, except in the following cases, in which the submission of said certificate is not required:

When submitting a document of a foreign state on education that complies with part 3 of article 107 of Federal Law No. 273-FZ;

When submitting a document of a foreign state on education, which is recognized by the KFU independently in the manner prescribed by it;

When submitting a document on education that meets the requirements of Article 6 of the Federal Law dated 05.05.2014 No. 84-FZ "On the features legal regulation relations in the field of education in connection with the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation and the formation of new subjects within the Russian Federation - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol ”and on amendments to the Federal Law“ On Education in the Russian Federation ”; in this case, the applicant submits a document (documents) confirming that the applicant is one of the persons specified in Article 6 of Federal Law No. 84-FZ.

2.15. Applicants can submit originals or copies of documents submitted for admission. Certification of copies of these documents is not required.

2.16. The application for admission is submitted in Russian, documents made in a foreign language - with a translation into Russian, certified in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Documents received in a foreign state are presented legalized in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or with an apostille affixed (except for cases when, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and (or) an international agreement, legalization and affixing of an apostille are not required).

2.17. The University returns the documents to the applicant if the applicant has submitted the documents necessary for admission, in violation of these Rules (except for the case when the specified violation does not apply to all the conditions of admission specified in the application for admission).

2.18. The University has the right to verify the accuracy of the information specified in the application for admission and the authenticity of the submitted documents. When carrying out this inspection, KFU has the right to contact the relevant state information systems, state (municipal) bodies and organizations.

2.19. The applicant has the right at any stage of admission to training to revoke the documents submitted for admission to training by submitting an application for the revocation of documents in one of the ways specified in clause 2.7 of these Rules. Persons who have withdrawn their documents are eliminated from the competition. KFU returns documents to the specified persons.

3.1. When admission to study in one educational program, the list of entrance examinations, the grading scale and the minimum number of points cannot differ when applying for training in the head organization and in branches, when admitting to various forms training, as well as for admission to places within the target quota, to the main places within the target figures and to places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

3.2. Entrance tests are conducted in Russian.

3.3. Applicants pass the following entrance tests:

A special discipline corresponding to the direction (profile) of the postgraduate program (hereinafter referred to as a special discipline);

Foreign language;

Philosophy.

3.4. The list of entrance examinations for each direction of preparation before October 01 of the year preceding admission is posted on the official website of the KFU on the Internet in the section "Admissions Committee".

3.5. Entrance test programs are formed in accordance with the requirements of federal state educational standards of higher education for specialist programs and (or) master's programs.

3.6. Entrance tests are conducted orally or in writing.

3.7. The applicant's level of knowledge is assessed by the examination committee. Each entrance test is assessed separately.

3.8. By agreement with the Department of Education of the KFU and the chairman of the examination committee, entrance examinations can be conducted using distance technologies.

The entrance test using remote technologies is carried out in real-time video communication on an individual basis. The test schedule is posted in the manner and terms established by these Rules.

3.9. The maximum score that an applicant can receive in one exam is 100. Minimal amount points, confirming successful passage entrance test (hereinafter - the minimum number of points) for each entrance test is 40 points (satisfactory).

3.10. The minimum points cannot be changed during admission.

3.11. One entrance test is carried out simultaneously for all applicants or at different times for different groups of applicants (including as these groups are formed from among the persons who submitted the documents necessary for admission).

3.12. For each group of applicants, one entrance test is carried out on one day. At the request of the applicant, he may be given the opportunity to take more than one entrance test in one day (if the University has such an opportunity).

3.13. The applicant passes each entrance test once.

3.14. Persons who have not passed the entrance test for a good reason (illness or other circumstances confirmed by documents) are re-admitted to the entrance test in another group or on a reserve day (if possible, in accordance with the schedule of entrance tests).

3.15. During the introductory tests, their participants and persons involved in their conduct are prohibited from having and using communication means. Participants of entrance tests cannot carry and use reference materials and electronic computers.

3.16. If the applicant violates these Rules during the admissions tests, the authorized university officials have the right to remove him from the place of the admissions test with the drawing up of an act of removal.

3.17. The results of the entrance test are drawn up in a protocol, in which the examiners' questions to the applicant are recorded. A separate protocol is kept for each applicant. The protocols for admission of entrance examinations are kept in the applicant's personal file.

3.18. The results of the admissions test are announced on the official website of the KFU in the appropriate section and on the information stand no later than three working days from the date of the admissions test.

After the results of the written admissions test are announced, the applicant (trustee) has the right to familiarize himself with his work (with the work of the applicant) on the day the results of the written admissions test are announced or during the next working day.

3.19. Persons who received less than the minimum number of points on any entrance test, did not pass the entrance test without a good reason (including those removed from the place of the entrance test), re-admitted to the entrance test and did not pass the entrance test, are eliminated from the competition. The university returns the documents to the specified persons.

3.20. When returning the submitted documents through public postal operators, the documents are returned only in part of the original documents.

3.21. Citizens with disabilities health and people with disabilities pass entrance examinations in the order taking into account the characteristics of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status (hereinafter - individual characteristics) of such applicants.

4.1. According to the results of the admissions test, the applicant (trustee) has the right to submit to the appeal commission a statement of violation, in the applicant's opinion, of the established procedure for conducting the admissions test and (or) of disagreement with the received assessment of the results of the admissions test.

4.2. The composition of the appeal commission is approved before the start of the entrance examinations by the order of the rector.

4.3. The appeal is filed in one of the ways specified in clause 2.7 of section 2 of the Rules.

4.4. During the consideration of the appeal, the observance of the established procedure for the admissions test and (or) the correctness of the assessment of the results of the admissions test is checked.

4.5. The appeal is filed on the day of the announcement of the results of the entrance test or within the next working day. An appeal on violation of the established procedure for the admissions test can also be filed on the day of the admissions test.

4.6. The appeal is considered no later than the next business day after the day of its submission.

4.7. The applicant (trustee) has the right to be present during the consideration of the appeal.

4.8. After considering the appeal, the appeal commission makes a decision to change the assessment of the results of the admissions test or leave the specified mark unchanged.

4.9. The decision of the appeal commission drawn up in the minutes is brought to the attention of the applicant (trustee). The fact of familiarization of the applicant (trustee) with the decision of the appeal commission is certified by the signature of the applicant (trustee).

4.10. For each appeal, the chairman of the appeal commission or his deputy approves the personal composition of the members of the appeal commission who are entrusted with the consideration of this application. Examiners who have taken an oral exam or reviewed written work cannot participate in an appeal.

4.11. The Appeals Commission has the right to leave the mark unchanged, change it to a higher or lower one, but does not have the right to recommend a repeated examination.

5.1. Applicants for training have the right to submit information about their individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when applying for training. The results of individual achievements are taken into account by awarding points for individual achievements as an advantage with an equal number of points for all entrance examinations.

5.2. The applicant submits documents confirming the receipt of individual achievements.

5.3. The results of individual achievements in the form of points are taken into account according to the following criteria:

Publications on the topic of the selected scientific direction in publications indexed in the international citation and analytical databases Web of Science and Scopus - 3 points for each publication;

Grant for the implementation of research work on the topic of the chosen scientific direction: as a leader - 3 points, as a performer - 2 points;

Publications on the topic of the chosen scientific direction in publications included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations ("the list of the Higher Attestation Commission"), as well as copyright certificates for inventions, patents - 2 points for each publication, copyright certificate or patent ;

Articles, texts, abstracts of reports on the topic of the chosen scientific direction, published in the proceedings of international or all-Russian scientific symposia, conferences, seminars - 1 point for each publication;

Diplomas, diplomas, certificates of winners of international and all-Russian scientific competitions, student olympiads and creative festivals, the subject of which corresponds to the direction of training (scientific specialty) in graduate school - 1 point for each diploma;

Certificate of education and qualifications with honors - 1 point.

6.1. Based on the results of entrance examinations, the University forms a separate list of applicants for each competition. The list of applicants does not include persons who have scored less than the minimum number of points based on the results of one or more entrance examinations.

6.2. Persons with a higher number of points scored in entrance examinations are admitted to postgraduate studies. The maximum amount of points scored in 3 entrance tests is 300 points. With an equal number of points scored, persons with a higher score in a special discipline are credited. With an equal number of points scored in all entrance examinations, persons with individual achievements are enrolled, which are taken into account by the selection committee in accordance with section 5 of these Rules.

6.3. The results of individual achievements are taken into account by summing up the points awarded based on the results of the presented (confirmed) individual achievements approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Admissions Committee.

6.4. Control over the reliability of the information provided on individual achievements is assigned to the Admissions Committee. Copies of documents confirming individual achievements are checked against the originals when submitting to the Admissions Committee. The applicant is responsible for providing false information.

6.6. The lists of applicants contain the following information for each applicant:

The amount of competitive points;

The number of points for each entrance test;

The number of points for individual achievements;

Availability of the original document of the established form (statement of consent to enrollment) (submitted in accordance with clause 1.5 of the Procedure);

6.7. The lists of applicants are posted on the official website of the KFU and at the information stand and are updated daily (no later than the beginning of the working day) until the relevant orders for enrollment are issued.

6.8. The University sets the day of completion of the acceptance of a document of the established form, no later than which applicants submit:

For admission to places within the check digits - the original document of the established form;

For admission to places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services - the original document of the established form or a statement of consent to enrollment with the attachment of a certified copy of the specified document or a copy of the specified document with the presentation of its original for certification of a copy by the admissions committee.

On the day of completion of the admission of these documents, they are submitted to the University no later than 18 hours.

6.9. Applicants who have submitted the original document of the established form (statement of consent to enrollment) in accordance with clause 8.8 of section 8 of these Rules are subject to enrollment. Enrollment is carried out in accordance with the ranked list until the specified number of places is filled.

6.10. Unfilled (vacated before the completion of enrollment) places within the target quota are added to the main places within the check figures for the same admission conditions.

6.11. Enrollment to places under contracts for the provision of paid educational services is carried out after admission to places within the target figures or regardless of the timing of admission to places within the target figures.

6.12. Enrollment ends before the start day school year... The university returns documents to non-enrolled persons.

6.13. The deadlines for the completion of the receipt of the original document of the established form or statements of consent to enrollment in accordance with clause 2.2 of section 2 of these Rules, as well as the timing of issuing orders for enrollment, are established by the order of the rector of the KFU.

Information on the deadlines for the completion of the acceptance of the original document of the established form or statements of consent to enrollment in accordance with section 2 of the Rules, as well as the timing of issuing orders for enrollment is posted on the official website of the KFU on the Internet in the section "Admissions Committee".

6.14. Orders for enrollment for training are posted on the day of their publication on the official portal of the KFU and on the information stand and must be available to users of the official website within 6 months from the date of their publication.

7.1. KFU conducts admission for targeted training within the target quota in the areas of training included in the list approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated February 11, 2019 No. 186-r.

7.2. The admission quota for targeted training is established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

7.3. Admission to targeted training is carried out in the presence of an agreement on targeted training concluded between the applicant and the body or organization specified in part 1 of Article 71.1 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter referred to as the customer of targeted training) , in accordance with the regulation on targeted training and the standard form of the contract on targeted training, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated March 21, 2019 No. 302.

7.4. When applying for admission to targeted education, the applicant submits, in addition to the documents specified in clause 2.13 of these rules, a copy of the targeted education agreement certified by the customer of targeted education, or an uncertified copy of the specified agreement with the presentation of its original. Admission to targeted training in the interests of state security is carried out if KFU has information about the concluded targeted training agreement received from the relevant federal state body that is the customer of targeted training, and without submitting a copy of the targeted training agreement to the applicant.

7.5. The list of applicants for places within the target quota includes information about the target training customers.

7.6. The list of applicants for admission and the list of applicants for places within the target quota do not indicate information related to admission to targeted training in the interests of state security.

7.7. Enrollment in places within the target quota of persons whose training is carried out in the interests of state security is formalized by a separate order (orders), which cannot be posted on the official website of the KFU and at the information stand.

8.1. Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher education at the expense of budgetary appropriations in accordance with international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws or the quota established by the Government of the Russian Federation for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons (hereinafter - the quota for the education of foreign citizens), as well as at the expense of individuals and legal entities in accordance with contracts for the provision of paid educational services.

8.2. Admission to study within the education quota of foreign citizens is carried out in accordance with the directions of the federal executive body that exercises the functions of developing state policy and legal regulation in the field of education. Enrollment for education within the quota for the education of foreign citizens is carried out by a separate order (orders) of the KFU.

8.3. Foreign citizens and stateless persons who are compatriots living abroad have the right to receive higher education on an equal basis with citizens of the Russian Federation, provided they comply with the requirements provided for in Article 17 of the Federal Law of May 24, 1999 No. 99-FZ "On State Policy Of the Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad ”(hereinafter - Federal Law No. 99-FZ).

8.4. When submitting the documents required for admission, a foreign citizen or stateless person indicates in the application for admission the details of an identity document, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation or the identity of a stateless person in the Russian Federation in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Law dated July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "O legal status foreign citizens in the Russian Federation "(hereinafter referred to as a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen), and submits, in accordance with paragraph 1.5 of section 1 of these Rules, an original or a copy of an identity document, citizenship, or a document proving the identity of a foreign citizen.

8.5. A foreign citizen or stateless person who are compatriots living abroad, in addition to the documents specified in Section 2 of these Rules, submit originals or copies of documents provided for in paragraph 6 of Article 17 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ.

8.6. Foreign citizens who enroll for training on the basis of international treaties, in addition to the documents specified in Section 2 of these Rules, submit documents confirming their inclusion in the number of persons specified in the relevant international treaties.

8.7. Admission of foreign citizens and stateless persons to study in educational programs containing information constituting state secret, is carried out only within the quota for the education of foreign citizens in compliance with the requirements provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation on state secrets.

Order admission to educational programs of higher education - programs for the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school, approved by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated January 12, 2017 N13.

Terms of admission to training under the programs of scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate study of KFU in the 2020/2021 academic year:

Entrance tests are assessed by the examination committee according to a hundred-point system. Each entrance test is assessed separately. The minimum number of points confirming the successful completion of the entrance test is 40 (satisfactory). In this regard, the following scale of compliance is established: excellent (80-100 points), good (60-79 points), satisfactory (40-59 points) with a step of 5 points.

  • Individual achievements are taken into account if they correspond to the chosen direction of training in graduate school;
  • Publications in journals indexed in the international citation-analytical databases Web of Science and Scopus - 3 points for each publication;
  • Grant for research work: as a leader - 3 points, as a performer - 2 points;
  • Publications in publications included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission for the publication of the main scientific results of dissertations ("the list of the Higher Attestation Commission"), as well as copyright certificates for inventions, patents - 2 points for each publication, copyright certificate or patent;
  • Articles, texts, abstracts of reports published in the proceedings of international or all-Russian scientific symposia, conferences, seminars, monographs, teaching aids- 1 point for each publication;
  • Diplomas, diplomas, certificates of the winner of international and all-Russian scientific competitions, exhibitions, student olympiads and creative festivals - 1 point for each diploma (diploma);

Part-time and part-time forms of study

Full-time and part-time masters at KFU can study in just one specialty: "Management" at the faculties of IUEF and HSB. Such preparation will cost 102 thousand rubles for each year.

Some specialties at KFU involve a longer training of five years. As a rule, this refers to areas that are somehow related to medicine. This is probably why it is possible to study on a specialty at KFU only full-time.

Budgetary places of KFU

As in all universities, a number of applicants are guaranteed the provision of free educational services (naturally, within the quota). These include:

  • disabled children;
  • children who are orphans, as well as those left without parental care;

Budget places for the listed applicants are allocated only 10 percent of total amount students admitted to study at KFU in the next year. The calculation is based on the areas of study in order to evenly distribute budget places by specialization.

KFU student scholarships

The scholarship is a financial support for students of secondary and higher educational institutions.

In KFU, it is presented in three types:

- academic - paid according to the results of certification, carried out 2 times a year. In the absence of satisfactory marks and academic debt the student receives 1,590 rubles a month, while excellent students can count on financial support in the amount of 2,385 rubles;

- increased - issued to only 10 percent of students from a number of good and excellent students without academic debts for special distinctions and achievements in certain areas of activity. The amount depends on the course in which the student is studying and varies from 500 to 9000 rubles;

The winners of the Olympiad "I am a KFU Master's student" can be equated to those who have received the maximum points according to the results of entrance examinations for master's programs corresponding to the directions of the Olympiad - within two calendar years from the moment of receiving the diploma of the Olympiad.
Diploma winners (winners, awardees) of the All-Russian Olympiad for Students "I am a Professional" (hereinafter - the Olympiad) can be equated to persons who have received the maximum points based on the results of entrance examinations for educational programs / areas of training / enlarged groups of areas of preparation of the next level of education, corresponding to the areas of the Olympiad - within two calendar years from the date of receiving the Olympiad diploma. 2) Entrance tests for applicants with disabilities are held in a separate auditorium.

ADMISSION FOR TRAINING ON MASTER'S PROGRAMS

Admission to the magistracy is carried out both for budgetary places and for places with payment of tuition fees (under a contract).

Acceptance of documents for training in Master's programs starts on June 20 and ends on July 20.

Entrance tests are carried out in the form established by the university independently. Evaluation of the results of entrance examinations is carried out in all areas in a 100-point scale.

The competition for training in Master's programs is held on the basis of applications from citizens based on the results of entrance examinations .

In the application, the applicant's personal signature records the fact of familiarization with the license for the right to conduct educational activities and the certificate of state accreditation and annexes to them in the chosen field of study, with the KFU Charter, with the KFU Admission Rules, with the Internal Regulations. For the organization and conduct of entrance examinations for training in master's programs, the composition of the examination and appeal commissions is approved.

Applications for master's programs are accepted from persons who have a state-recognized document on higher professional education, at various levels. When applying for admission to the KFU, the applicant submits the original documents proving his identity, citizenship, the original state-issued document on higher professional education and 6 photographs of 3x4 size.

Getting education for the first time on the main educational programs of higher professional education at various levels is not considered as obtaining a second higher professional education:

ADMISSION TO THE SECOND AND FOLLOWING COURSES AND FOR TRAINING ON THE REDUCED PROGRAM

Acceptance of documents from applicants for the 2nd and subsequent courses is carried out by semester: from June 20 to July 15; from January 1 to February 10.

Reception of documents from persons with secondary vocational education and wishing to receive higher education, starts on June 20 and ends on July 25.

Admission to the second and subsequent courses, including in the order of transfer, as well as for training in an abbreviated program, is carried out on the basis of certification tests conducted by KFU independently.

The number of budget places for admitting students to the second and subsequent courses in the direction of training or specialty is determined by the KFU as the difference between budget places for admission to the first year in a given direction of training or specialty of the corresponding year of admission and the actual number of students studying in the areas of training or specialties of the corresponding course.

For the second and subsequent courses, applications are accepted from persons who have a state diploma on incomplete higher vocational education, an academic certificate of the established form or a state document on higher vocational education.

For persons entering the KFU (including in the order of transfer and restoration), certification tests are carried out by deriving the average score in all subjects or subjects of the general professional and special cycles, by interview or knowledge testing program material for previous years of study. The form of attestation is determined at a meeting of the attestation commission, depending on the availability of a competition and the previous progress of the person who submitted the application.

Persons with secondary vocational education are admitted to KFU without entrance exams based on the results of a professionally-oriented interview at admission for training in an abbreviated bachelor's program of the corresponding profile.
ADMISSION FOR TRAINING ON THE PROGRAMS OF THE SECOND HIGHER EDUCATION AND PARALLEL EDUCATION

Acceptance of documents from persons with higher education and wishing to obtain a second higher education begins on June 20 and ends on August 1.

Persons with higher professional education and wishing to obtain a second specialty (profession) are admitted to KFU without entrance exams based on the results of a professionally-oriented field interview with payment of tuition fees in excess of the admission targets within the number determined by the license. The interview is held from 5 to 10 August.

Upon admission to the simultaneous parallel development of two main educational programs in the areas of training or specialties of higher professional education (in one or different universities), the originals of the state-recognized document on education at enrollment are presented by the applicant at his choice to that educational program where he will be trained as a student. When enrolling in another educational program as a listener, the applicant presents a certified photocopy of a state-recognized education document and a certificate from the university where he is a student.

Students are enrolled in places under contracts with payment of tuition fees.
