In 1816-1817. On the eastern side of Ruovskaya st., closer to the bypass canal, for the Life Guard of the Islesky Regiment Arch. A. E. Swaberg was built by Novo-Hergegic barracks (Nos. 10-16), which were preserved so far and are two stretched streets of the P-shaped two-storey buildings on the semi-basement floor of red bricks.

Formerly by the Life Guard, the Hhewner Regiment, who began his story since 1796, was located in the so-called old-step barracks on Zvenigorodskaya st., 5 (also preserved to our time).

In December 1917, the Life Guard, HECHERSHI RAK, stopped his existence, and after the end of the civil war, his barracks were occupied by the Red Army. During the Great Patriotic War here in the mixture of the rooms as in the most safe place, there were backup military units of the working and peasant red army.

After the Second World War in the barracks of the former Henser's regiment on Ruovsky, soldiers lived. Somewhere in the year 1959, when N.S. Khrushchev began to reduce the army, military unitwho occupied newheger barracks, was or disbanded, or somewhere translated. Instead of her in one of the buildings already formerly a barracks, closer to the bypass channel, a medical school was located at the Pediatric Medical Institute, and in the other, the MedAption Plant. Somewhere in the mid-1980s. medical School He moved into a designated building in the Kirov district specifically for him, and the plant began to be called "Medtechnika".

Cobblestone bridges were on all the streets of Semens. The sidewalks were neatly laid out by plates from light yellow limestone measuring about 50 to 50. In the dark time, the streets were illuminated by incandescent bulbs, fed the dim-yellow color. They were twisted at the bottom into something similar to large white enamel plates, which hung on a thick wire stretched through the avenue or the houses closed in the walls standing against each other, somewhere at the level of the third floor.

When the First World War began, he fourteently teenagers ran away from home to the front and was enrolled in the Life Guard, the Hhesents Regiment of Row Yeker. For the manifestation of courage in battles with Germans V.V. Vishnevsky was awarded the three combat awards, which he then was proud to wear together with Soviet. Returning from the front to Petrograd in 1917, Vishnevsky as part of the 6th backup company Hhenthery Shelf participated in October revolutionAnd after disbanding the Hhehersk Regiment, it turned over to serve in the sea coastal squad of Baltflot. As part of this detachment, the future writer participated in Civil War, and during the Great Patriotic War V.V. Vishnevsky was all the blockade in the city.
