I. General provisions

1. The procedure for organizing and implementing educational activities on educational programs of secondary vocational education (hereinafter - the procedure) regulates the organization and implementation of educational activities on educational programs of secondary vocational education, including the characteristics of the organization of educational activities for students with disabilities.

2. This procedure is mandatory for educational organizations implementing educational programs of secondary vocational education (training programs for qualified workers, employees and programs for training middle-level specialists) (hereinafter - educational organizations).

II. Organization and implementation of educational activities

3. Secondary vocational education can be obtained in educational organizations, as well as outside educational organizations.

4. Forms of education and form of training on educational programs of secondary vocational education are determined by relevant federal state educational standards.

5. Learning in the form of self-education is carried out with the right of the subsequent passage of the interim and state final certification in educational organizations.

8. The federal state educational standards establishes the deadlines for obtaining secondary vocational education, taking into account the various forms of training, educational technologies and the characteristics of individual categories of students.

10. Requirements for the structure, volume, implementation conditions and the results of the development of educational programs of secondary vocational education are determined by the relevant federal state educational standards.

11. Educational programs of secondary vocational education are independently developed and approved by educational organizations. Educational organizations engaged in educational activities for the state accreditation of educational programs of secondary vocational education, develop these educational programs in accordance with federal state educational standards for the respective professions, specialties of secondary vocational education and taking into account the relevant exemplary basic educational programs.

12. The educational program of secondary vocational education includes a curriculum, calendar learning schedule, working programs of training items, courses, disciplines (modules), evaluation and methodical materials, as well as other components that provide education and training of students. 15. 16. Use in the implementation of educational programs of methods and training, educational technologies that make harm to physical or mental health learners are prohibited.

17. The educational program of secondary vocational education provides for the practice of students. The provision on the practice of students who develop educational programs of secondary vocational education is approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

18. Educational organizations annually update educational programs of secondary vocational education, taking into account the development of science, technology, culture, economics, technologies and social sphere.

19. In educational organizations, educational activities are carried out in the state language of the Russian Federation. In state and municipal educational organizations located on the territory of the Republic of the Russian Federation, the teaching and study of state languages \u200b\u200bof the Republic of the Russian Federation may be introduced in accordance with the legislation of the republics of the Russian Federation. 20. Educational activities on educational programs of secondary vocational education are organized in accordance with the approved educational organization by curricula, calendar learning charts, in accordance with which the educational organization contains the schedules of training sessions for each profession, the specialty of secondary vocational education.

21. The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education is allowed by persons who have an education not lower than the basic general or secondary general education, with the exception of educational programs of secondary vocational education integrated with educational programs of the main and secondary general education. The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education, integrated with educational programs of the main general and secondary general education, persons having an initial general education are allowed.

22. Obtaining secondary vocational education according to secondary professional education programs for the first time by persons who have a diploma of secondary vocational education with the award qualifications of a qualified working or employee is not to obtain a second or subsequent secondary vocational education.

23. Obtaining secondary vocational education based on basic general education is carried out with the simultaneous acquisition of educational secondary general education within the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education. The period of studying general educational items during the period of development of the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education is determined by the educational organization independently.

24. When obtaining secondary vocational education, in accordance with the individual curriculum, the deadlines for obtaining education can be changed by the educational organization, taking into account the characteristics and educational needs of a particular learner. Persons with qualifications by profession of secondary vocational education and adopted for training programs for training secondary specialists in the specialties of secondary vocational education, relevant to their profession, have the right to accelerated training in accordance with individual curricula. Training in the individual curriculum, including accelerated training, within the developed educational program, is carried out in the manner prescribed by local regulatory acts of the educational organization.

25. The academic year in educational organizations begins on September 1 and ends in accordance with the curriculum of the relevant educational program. The beginning of the school year can be postponed by the educational organization in the implementation of the educational program of secondary vocational education in part-internally form of training for no more than one month, in correspondence form of training - no more than three months.

26. In the process of mastering educational programs of secondary vocational education, vacation is provided. The duration of the holidays provided by students in the process of mastering the training programs for qualified workers, employees, is at least two weeks in the winter period under the period of obtaining secondary vocational education, one year and at least ten weeks in the school year, including at least two weeks in the winter The period is under the term of average vocational education for more than one year. The duration of the holidays provided by the student in the process of mastering programs for the training of middle-level specialists is from eight to eleven weeks in the school year, including at least two weeks in winter.

27. The maximum learning load of the student is 54 academic hours per week, including all types of audit and extracurricular learning load.

28. Educational activities of students provide for training activities (lesson, practical lesson, laboratory activities, consultation, lecture, seminar), independent work, the implementation of the course project (work) (when mastering programs for training mid-link specialists), practice, as well as other types of training Activities defined by the curriculum. For all types of audit classes, the academic hour is set up to a duration of 45 minutes. The amount of mandatory audit classes and practices should not exceed 36 academic hours per week.

29. The number of students in the educational group is not more than 25 people. Based on the specifics of the educational organization, training sessions and practices can be carried out by the educational organization with groups of lessons of smaller numbers and individual studies, as well as with the division of the group to the subgroups. The educational organization has the right to unite groups of students when conducting training sessions in the form of lectures.

30. The development of the educational program of secondary vocational education, including a separate part or the total volume of the educational subject, course, the discipline (module) of the educational program, is accompanied by the current supervising control and intermediate certification of students. Forms, the frequency and procedure for conducting the current monitoring of the performance and interim certification of students are determined by the educational organization on their own.

31. The educational organization independently establishes a system of assessments in intermediate certification.

32. The number of examinations in the process of interim certification of students should not exceed 8 exams in the school year, and the amount of tests - 10. The specified number does not include exams and tests in physical culture and optional training courses, disciplines (modules). The number of exams and tests in the process of intermediate certification of students in training in accordance with the individual curriculum is established by this curriculum.

33. The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education is completed by the final certification, which is mandatory. Students who do not have academic debt and fully implemented a curriculum or an individual curriculum undergo a final certification, when receiving secondary vocational education on the state-owned educational programs of secondary vocational education, these students undergo state final certification. Persons successfully passed the state final certification of educational programs of secondary vocational education, a diploma of secondary vocational education is issued, confirming the acquisition of secondary vocational education and qualifications on the relevant profession or a specialty of secondary vocational education. Persons who have not passed unsatisfactory results, as well as those who have mastered the part of the educational program of secondary vocational education and (or) expelled from the educational organization, is issued a certificate of training or a period of learning on the sample, independently established educational organization.

34. Students on educational programs of secondary vocational education, not having a secondary general education, have the right to undergo the state final certification, which the development of educational programs of secondary general education is completed and with the successful passage of which they are issued a certificate of secondary general education. These student are undergoing state final certification for free.

35. Persons who develop the main educational program in the form of self-education or students of secondary vocational education for non-state accreditation, have the right to undergo externally intermediate and state final certification in an educational organization engaged in educational activities on the relevant state accreditation of the educational program of secondary vocational education. These persons who do not have the main general or secondary general education are entitled to undergo externally intermediate and state final certification in an educational organization engaged in educational activities on the relevant government accreditation of the main general educational program, free of charge. During the passing of certification, the externals use academic rights of students on the relevant educational program.

36. If the federal state educational standard of secondary vocational education in one of the types of professional activity is envisaged to master the main program of vocational training in the working profession, then according to the results of the development of the professional module of the educational program of secondary vocational education, which includes the practice, the study receives a certificate of Professions of the worker, the post of employee. Assignment of qualifications by profession of work is carried out with the participation of employers.

37. The document on education, submitted when entering an educational organization, is issued from a personal file to a person who has graduated from an educational organization, which has retired before the end of the educational organization, as well as a learning and wishing to enter another educational organization, according to his application. At the same time, a certified copy of the document on education remains in the personal case.

38. The student in educational programs of secondary vocational education after the passage of final certification is provided for their vacation application within the limits of the development of the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education, after which the studies are deducted in connection with education.

I. Scope

1.2. The right to implement the program of training of secondary specialists in the specialty 35.02.15 Cynology has an educational organization in the presence of an appropriate license for the implementation of educational activities.

In implementing a mid-level specialist training program, medical organizations, cultural organizations, physical education and other organizations who have the resources necessary for training, training and production practices and other types of training may also participate in educational organizations. provided for by the program of training of middle-level specialists.

When implementing a program for the training of middle-level specialists, the educational organization has the right to apply e-learning and remote educational technologies. III. Characteristics of training in the specialty

3.1. Obtaining SPO on PPSS is allowed only in an educational organization.

3.2. The timing of obtaining SPO in the specialty 35.02.15 Cynology of basic training in full-time learning and assigned qualifications are given in Table 1.

Vi. Requirements for the structure of a mid-level specialist training program

6.1. PPSS provides for the study of the following training cycles:

general humanitarian and socio-economic;

mathematical and general natural scientific;

professional;

and sections:

training practice;

production practice (according to the specialty profile);

production practice (predimental);

intermediate certification;

state final certification.

6.2. The mandatory part of the PPSS for training cycles should be about 70 percent of the total time allotted by their development. The variable part (about 30 percent) makes it possible to expand and (or) the deepening of the preparation determined by the content of the obligatory part, to obtain additional competencies, the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure the competitiveness of the graduate in accordance with the requests of the regional labor market and the possibilities of continuing education. Disciplines, interdisciplinary courses and professional modules of the variable part are determined by the educational organization.

The general humanitarian and socio-economic, mathematical and general natural science training cycles consist of disciplines.

A professional training cycle consists of consecutive disciplines and professional modules in accordance with activities. The professional module includes one or more interdisciplinary courses. When mastering training professional modules, training and (or) production practice (according to the specialty profile) are carried out.

6.3. The obligatory part of the general humanitarian and socio-economic training cycle of the Base preparation PPSS should include the study of the following mandatory disciplines: "Fundamentals of Philosophy", "History", "Foreign Language", "Physical Culture".

The mandatory part of the professional training cycle of PPSS basic training should include the study of the discipline "Safety of vital activity". The volume of hours on the discipline "Safety of life" is 68 hours, of which, on the development of the basics of military service - 48 hours.

6.4. The educational organization in determining the structure of PPSS and the complexity of its development can be used a system of test units, and one test unit corresponds to 36 academic hours.

VII. Requirements for the implementation of a mid-level specialist training program

7.1. The educational organization independently develops and approves PPSS in accordance with GEF SPO and taking into account the corresponding approximate PPSS.

Before the start of development of PPSS, the educational organization must determine its specificity taking into account the focus on the satisfaction of the needs of the labor market and employers, specify the final results of training in the form of competencies, skills and knowledge acquired practical experience.

Specific activities that are being prepared by the study must comply with the qualifications assigned, identify the content of the educational program developed by the educational organization together with the employers' stakeholders.

In the formation of PPSS, an educational organization:

it has the right to use the amount of time allocated to the variable part of the training cycles of PPSS, increasing the volume of time allocated to the disciplines and modules of the mandatory part, in practice, and (or) introducing new disciplines and modules in accordance with the needs of employers and the specifics of the educational organization ; (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of 09.04.2015 N 391)

has the right to determine the working profession, the position of the employee (one or more) in accordance with Annex to the GEF, as part of the professional module;

obligated annually to update PPSS, taking into account the requests of employers, the characteristics of the development of the region, culture, science, economics, technology, technology and the social sphere within the framework established by this GEF;

obligated in working curricula of all disciplines and professional modules clearly formulate requirements for the results of their development: competences acquired by practical experience, knowledge and skills;

7.2. In implementing PPSS, students have academic rights and obligations in accordance with the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation"<1>.

7.3. The maximum learning load of the student is 54 academic hours per week, including all types of audit and extracurricular training load.

7.4. The maximum amount of audit learning load in full-time education is 36 academic hours per week.

7.5. The maximum amount of audit learning load in part-time formation is 16 academic hours per week.

7.5.1. The maximum amount of audit learning load per year in the correspondence form of training is 160 academic hours. (as amended by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of 09.04.2015 N 391)

7.6. The total duration of the vacation in the school year should be 8 - 11 weeks, including at least 2 weeks in winter.

7.7. The implementation of the course project (work) is considered as a type of educational activity on the discipline (disciplines) of the professional training cycle and (or) professional module (modules) of the professional academic cycle and is implemented within the time allotted on its (their) study.

7.8. Discipline "Physical Culture" provides for a weekly 2 hours of mandatory audit classes and 2 hours of independent work (due to various forms of extracurricular activities in sports clubs, sections).

7.9. The educational organization has the right for subgroups of girls to use part of the learning time of the discipline "Safety of vital activity" (48 hours), assigned to the study of the foundations of military service, to master medical knowledge.

7.10. Obtaining the SPO based on basic general education is carried out simultaneously obtaining secondary general education within PPSS. In this case, PPSS, implemented on the basis of basic general education, is developed on the basis of the requirements of the relevant federal state educational standards of secondary general education and the SPO, taking into account the specialty of the SPO.

The deadline for the development of PPSS in full-time education for persons students on the basis of basic general education increases by 52 weeks at the rate of:

7.11. Consultations for students on full-time and part-time education forms are provided for by the educational organization at the rate of 4 hours per student for each academic year, including during the implementation of the educational program of secondary general education for persons studying on the basis of basic general education. Forms of consultation (group, individual, written, oral) are determined by the educational organization.

7.12. In the period of studying with young people, educational fees are held<1>.

7.13. Practice is a mandatory partition of PPSSS. It is a type of educational activity aimed at forming, consolidation, development of practical skills and competence in the process of performing certain types of work related to future professional activities. When implementing PPSS, the following types of practices are envisaged: educational and production.

Industrial practice consists of two stages: practices on the specialty profile and pre-diploma practice.

Educational practice and production practice (according to the specialty profile) are carried out by the educational organization in the development of educational professional competencies within professional modules and can be implemented both concentrated in several periods, as well as dispersed, alternating with theoretical classes within professional modules.

Goals and objectives, programs and reporting forms are determined by the educational organization for each type of practice.

Industrial practice should be carried out in organizations, the activities of which correspond to the training profile of training.

Certification According to the results of production practice is carried out with regard to (or on the basis) of the results confirmed by documents of relevant organizations.

7.14. The implementation of PPSS should be provided by pedagogical personnel having a higher education corresponding to the profile of the discipline taught (module). The experience in organizations of the relevant professional sphere is mandatory for teachers responsible for the development of the student professional training cycle. Teachers receive an additional vocational education on advanced training programs, including in the form of internships in specialized organizations at least 1 time in 3 years.

7.15. PPSS should be provided by educational and methodological documentation for all disciplines, interdisciplinary courses and professional PPSS modules.

Extracurricular work should be accompanied by methodological support and justifying the calculation of the time spent on its execution.

The implementation of PPSS should be provided with access to each studying database and library funds, formed by the full list of disciplines (modules) of PPSSS. During self-preparation, students should be provided with access to the Internet information and telecommunications network (hereinafter - the Internet).

Each student should be provided at least one training and / or electronic edition for each discipline of a professional training cycle and one educational and methodological printed and / or electronic edition for each interdisciplinary course (including electronic databases of periodicals).

The library fund should be staffed by printed and / or electronic publications of the main and additional training literature on disciplines of all training cycles published over the past 5 years.

The library foundation in addition to educational literature should include official, reference and bibliographic and periodic publications in the calculation of 1 - 2 copies for every 100 students.

Each learning should be provided with access to sets of a library fund, consisting at least 3 names of Russian magazines.

The educational organization should provide the student with the possibility of operational exchange of information with Russian educational organizations, other organizations and access to modern professional databases and information resources of the Internet.

7.16. Reception for training on PPSS at the expense of budget allocations of the federal budget, budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets is publicly available, unless otherwise provided by part 4 of Article 68 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 273-FZ "On Education in the Russian Federation"<1>. Funding for the implementation of PPSS should be carried out in the amount of not lower than the established state regulatory costs for the provision of public services in the field of education for this level.

7.17. The educational organization that implements PPSS should have a material and technical base that ensures all types of laboratory and practical training, disciplinary, interdisciplinary and modular training, educational practices stipulated by the educational organization's curriculum. 7.18. The implementation of PPSSS is carried out by the educational organization in the state language of the Russian Federation.

The implementation of the PPCs of the educational organization located on the territory of the Republic of the Russian Federation can be carried out in the state language of the Republic of the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the republics of the Russian Federation. The implementation of the PPCs of the educational organization in the state language of the Republic of the Russian Federation should not be made to the detriment of the state language of the Russian Federation.

VIII. Evaluation of the quality of the Middle Service Training Program

8.1. The assessment of the quality of the development of PPSS should include current supervision control, intermediate and state final student certification.

8.2. Specific forms and procedures for the current monitoring of performance, intermediate certification for each discipline and a professional module are developed by the educational organization independently and bring to the attention of students during the first two months from the start of learning.

8.3. For the certification of students for compliance with their personal achievements by phased requirements of the corresponding PPSS (current control of academic performance and intermediate certification), assessment funds are created, allowing to evaluate skills, knowledge, practical experience and developed competencies.

Evaluation funds for interim certification on disciplines and interdisciplinary courses in professional modules are developed and approved by the educational organization independently, and for interim certification for professional modules and for state-state certification - are developed and approved by the educational organization after a preliminary positive conclusion of employers.

For intermediate certification of students on disciplines (interdisciplinary courses), apart from teachers of a specific discipline (interdisciplinary course), teachers of related disciplines (courses) should be actively involved as external experts. I. General provisions

1. The procedure for organizing and implementing educational activities on educational programs of secondary vocational education (hereinafter - the procedure) regulates the organization and implementation of educational activities on educational programs of secondary vocational education, including the characteristics of the organization of educational activities for students with disabilities.

2. This procedure is mandatory for educational organizations implementing educational programs of secondary vocational education (training programs for qualified workers, employees and programs for training middle-level specialists) (hereinafter - educational organizations).

II. Organization and implementation of educational activities

3. Secondary vocational education can be obtained in educational organizations, as well as outside educational organizations.

4. Forms of education and form of training on educational programs of secondary vocational education are determined by relevant federal state educational standards.

5. Training in the form of self-education is carried out with the right of subsequent passage of the interim and state final certification in educational organizations 1.

6. A combination of various forms of obtaining education and training forms 2 is allowed.

7. Forms of education and form training on educational programs of secondary vocational education are determined by relevant federal state educational standards.

8. The federal state educational standards establishes the deadlines for obtaining secondary vocational education, taking into account the various forms of training, educational technologies and the characteristics of individual categories of students 3.

10. Requirements for the structure, volume, implementation conditions and the results of the development of educational programs of secondary vocational education are determined by the relevant federal state educational standards.

11. Educational programs of secondary vocational education are independently developed and approved by educational organizations.

Educational organizations engaged in educational activities on the state accreditation of educational programs of secondary vocational education, develop these educational programs in accordance with federal state educational standards for relevant professions, specialties of secondary vocational education and taking into account the relevant exemplary basic educational programs 4.

Educational programs of secondary vocational education implemented on the basis of basic general education are developed by educational organizations engaged in educational activities on the state accreditation of educational programs of secondary vocational education, based on the requirements of relevant federal state educational standards of secondary and secondary vocational education, taking into account the profession received or specialty. secondary vocational education 5.

12. The educational program of secondary vocational education includes a curriculum, calendar learning schedule, working programs of training items, courses, disciplines (modules), evaluation and methodical materials, as well as other components that provide education and training of students. 17. The educational program of secondary vocational education provides for the practice of students.

The provision on the practice of students who develop educational programs of secondary vocational education is approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation 10.

18. Educational organizations annually update educational programs of secondary vocational education, taking into account the development of science, technology, culture, economics, technologies and social sphere.

19. In educational organizations, educational activities are carried out in the state language of the Russian Federation.

21. The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education is allowed by persons who have an education not lower than the basic general or secondary general education, with the exception of educational programs of secondary vocational education integrated with educational programs of the main and secondary general education.

The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education, integrated with educational programs of the main general and secondary general education, persons having an initial general education are allowed.

22. Obtaining secondary vocational education on mediation specialist programs for the first time by persons who have a diploma on secondary vocational education with the award qualifications of a qualified working or employee is not obtaining a second or subsequent secondary vocational education re-13.

23. Obtaining secondary vocational education based on basic general education is carried out with the simultaneous acquisition of educational secondary general education within the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education.

Students receiving secondary vocational education under training programs for qualified workers, employees study general educational items at the same time as studying general professional and professional courses, disciplines (modules) during the entire period of development of the relevant educational program.

Students who receive secondary vocational education programs for the training programs of middle-level specialists are studying general educational items at the first and second courses of training, including simultaneously with the study of educational courses, disciplines (modules) of humanitarian and socio-economic orientation (profile), general professional and professional courses. , disciplines (modules).

24. When obtaining secondary vocational education, in accordance with the individual curriculum, the deadlines for obtaining education can be changed by the educational organization, taking into account the characteristics and educational needs of a particular learner.

Persons with qualifications by profession of secondary vocational education and adopted for training programs for training secondary specialists in the specialties of secondary vocational education, relevant to their profession, have the right to accelerated training in accordance with individual curricula.

Training in an individual curriculum, including accelerated training, within the developed educational program, is carried out in the manner prescribed by local regulatory acts of the educational organization 14.

25. The academic year in educational organizations begins on September 1 and ends in accordance with the curriculum of the relevant educational program. The beginning of the school year can be postponed by the educational organization in the implementation of the educational program of secondary vocational education in part-internally form of training for no more than one month, in correspondence form of training - no more than three months.

26. In the process of mastering educational programs of secondary vocational education, vacation is provided.

The duration of the holidays provided by students in the process of mastering the training programs for qualified workers, employees, is at least two weeks in the winter period under the period of obtaining secondary vocational education, one year and at least ten weeks in the school year, including at least two weeks in the winter The period is under the term of average vocational education for more than one year.

The duration of the holidays provided by the student in the process of mastering programs for the training of middle-level specialists is from eight to eleven weeks in the school year, including at least two weeks in winter.

27. The maximum learning load of the student is 54 academic hours per week, including all types of audit and extracurricular learning load.

28. Educational activities of students provide for training activities (lesson, practical lesson, laboratory activities, consultation, lecture, seminar), independent work, the implementation of the course project (work) (when mastering programs for training mid-link specialists), practice, as well as other types of training Activities defined by the curriculum.

For all types of audit classes, the academic hour is set up to a duration of 45 minutes.

The amount of mandatory audit classes and practices should not exceed 36 academic hours per week.

29. The number of students in the educational group is 25 - 30 people. Based on the specifics of the educational organization, training classes can be carried out by an educational organization with groups of students less numbers and individual students, as well as with the division of the group to the subgroups. The educational organization has the right to unite groups of students when conducting training sessions in the form of lectures.

30. The development of the educational program of secondary vocational education, including a separate part or the total volume of the educational subject, course, the discipline (module) of the educational program, is accompanied by the current supervising control and intermediate certification of students. Forms, the frequency and procedure for conducting the current monitoring of the performance and interim certification of students are determined by the educational organization on their own 15.

31. The educational organization independently establishes a system of assessments in intermediate certification.

32. The number of examinations in the process of interim certification of students should not exceed 8 exams in the school year, and the amount of tests - 10. The specified number does not include exams and tests in physical culture and optional training courses, disciplines (modules).

The number of exams and tests in the process of intermediate certification of students in training in accordance with the individual curriculum is established by this curriculum.

33. The development of educational programs of secondary vocational education is completed by the final certification, which is mandatory.

Students who do not have academic debt and fully implemented a curriculum or an individual curriculum undergo a final certification, when receiving secondary vocational education on the state-owned educational programs of secondary vocational education, these students undergo state final certification.

Persons successfully passed the state final certification of educational programs of secondary vocational education, a diploma of secondary vocational education is issued, confirming the acquisition of secondary vocational education and qualifications on the relevant profession or a specialty of secondary vocational education.

Persons who did not pass the final certification or in the final certification of unsatisfactory results, as well as persons who mastered part of the educational program of secondary vocational education and (or) expelled from the educational organization, is issued a certificate of training or a period of study on the sample, independently installed educational organization 16 .

34. Students on educational programs of secondary vocational education, not having a secondary general education, have the right to undergo the state final certification, which the development of educational programs of secondary general education is completed and with the successful passage of which they are issued a certificate of secondary general education. These student are undergoing state final certification for free 17.

35. Persons who develop the main educational program in the form of self-education or students of secondary vocational education for non-state accreditation, have the right to undergo externally intermediate and state final certification in an educational organization engaged in educational activities on the relevant state accreditation of the educational program of secondary vocational education. These persons who do not have the main general or secondary general education are entitled to undergo externally intermediate and state final certification in an educational organization engaged in educational activities on the relevant government accreditation of the main general educational program, free of charge. When passing certification, the externals use the academic rights of students on the relevant educational program 18.

36. If the federal state educational standard of secondary vocational education in one of the types of professional activity is envisaged to master the main program of vocational training in the working profession, then according to the results of the development of the professional module of the educational program of secondary vocational education, which includes the practice, the study receives a certificate of Professions of the worker, the post of employee. 37. The document on education, submitted when entering an educational organization, is issued from a personal file to a person who has graduated from an educational organization, which has retired before the end of the educational organization, as well as a learning and wishing to enter another educational organization, according to his application. 38. Studying on educational programs of secondary vocational education after the passage of final certification is provided for their vacation application within the term of the development of the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education, after which the student is deducted in connection with education 19.

III. Features of the organization of educational activities for persons with disabilities

Training on educational programs of secondary vocational education students with disabilities is carried out on the basis of educational programs of secondary vocational education, adapted when necessary to train these student 21.

40. Training on educational programs of secondary vocational education studies with disabilities is carried out by the educational organization, taking into account the peculiarities of psychophysical development, individual capabilities and health status of such students.

41. Educational organizations must be created by special conditions for obtaining secondary vocational education learners with disabilities 22.

Under special conditions for obtaining medium-sized vocational education learners with disabilities are understood as the terms of training, education and development of such students, including the use of special educational programs and methods of training and education, special textbooks, textbooks and didactic materials, special technical means of teaching collective and individual use, the provision of assistant services (assistant), providing students with the necessary technical assistance, conducting group and individual correctional classes, ensuring access to the buildings of educational organizations and other conditions, without which it is impossible or difficult to develop educational programs to educate with disabilities 23.

42. In order to afford to obtain a medium-sized vocational education study with disabilities, the educational organization provides:

Training in the individual curriculum, including accelerated training, within the developed educational program, is carried out in the manner prescribed by local regulatory acts of the educational organization.

27. The maximum learning load of the student is 54 academic hours per week, including all types of audit and extracurricular learning load.

28. Educational activities of students provide for training activities (lesson, practical lesson, laboratory activities, consultation, lecture, seminar), independent work, the implementation of the course project (work) (when mastering programs for training mid-link specialists), practice, as well as other types of training Activities defined by the curriculum.

For all types of audit classes, the academic hour is set up to a duration of 45 minutes.

The amount of mandatory audit classes and practices should not exceed 36 academic hours per week.

29. The number of students in the educational group is not more than 25 people. Based on the specifics of the educational organization, training sessions and practices can be carried out by the educational organization with groups of lessons of smaller numbers and individual studies, as well as with the division of the group to the subgroups. The educational organization has the right to unite groups of students when conducting training sessions in the form of lectures.

30. Persons successfully passed the state final certification of educational programs of secondary vocational education, a diploma of secondary vocational education is issued, confirming the acquisition of secondary vocational education and qualifications on the relevant profession or a specialty of secondary vocational education.

Persons who have not passed unsatisfactory results, as well as those who have mastered the part of the educational program of secondary vocational education and (or) expelled from the educational organization, is issued a certificate of training or a period of learning on the sample, independently established educational organization.

38. The student in educational programs of secondary vocational education after the passage of final certification is provided for their vacation application within the limits of the development of the relevant educational program of secondary vocational education, after which the studies are deducted in connection with education.

2) For students with limited hearing health capabilities:

providing proper sound reproduction tools;

3) For students who have disorders of the musculoskeletal system, material and technical conditions should provide the possibility of unhindered access to educational institutions, dining rooms, toiletries and other premises of the educational organization, as well as their stay in the specified premises (the presence of ramps, handrails, extended doorways Operactions, elevators, a local reduction of rack barriers to a height of not more than 0.8 m; the presence of special chairs and other devices).

43. The education of studies with disabilities can be organized both in conjunction with other student and in certain classes, groups or in separate educational organizations.
